“I ordered my blk pods in February. It is now the middle of May, and I have not received them. Not only that, but they will not return any of my emails. I had $70 stolen from me and I am furious.”

“If i could rate these zero i would so disappointed it took a month to get these and only one headphone works after a month. They hardly pair and then they just pair out of nowhere when you don't want them to. I would have spent the extra $50 on the I-pods. Worst purchase ever!!!”

“Ordered with them on March 11th and we are now may 5th and still nothing!! Emailed them twice and got an answer to my second email saying that because of COVID19 there's a delay with shipping...there's no tracking information provided besides "your item has shipped from china". No phone number to contact them only an email ... I regret ordering these stupid airpods from them.”

“I have tried the BalckPop3 and the Pro's . Both have such inconsistent quality of cutting in and out to any phone we sync to. 4 total pairs I invested in for my family with same results. Hard to believe this company is still in business with this poor quality of a product.”

“SCAM,SCAM,SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!!!! Did I mention this is a scam? I ordered two pairs of black pods on March 18th.Company said they shipped out March 18th.Today is May 4th. Almost 7 weeks later and still no delivery. No exaggeration I sent them over two dozen emails and not one response. Why doesn’t this company have a phone number for customer service?? I called the number they have listed when the bill your credit card but know one ever answers. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They said they have 30 days to respond . Yea right.”

“I ordered the AirPod black pros and they were delivered faulty. They didn’t work properly and customer service wouldn’t help. I asked if there was a way to have them check that, if I did an exchange, they’d send a pair that they know actually works. When I asked that, they stopped responding to me, so I asked a handful of times over a couple weeks. They also refused to post my initial review ...and my second ...and my third. I had to file a claim through Paypal and they finally responded saying they’ll just refund me- but I still have to pay for the return shipping from the US to AUSTRALIA. This company probably sells some good products, if you get lucky and receive them in working condition. If not, they’ll ask you to pay the shipping back and forth for them to keep sending you faulty items until you pay go into the negative. I should’ve paid attention to the YouTube reviews that said to avoid them. The reviews on here looks good, but I didn’t realize Podsbay wasn’t posting the bad ones. Podsbay is a scam. I’ll gladly share our correspondence if anyone wants”

“Ordered the Black Pod Pro back in March, they finally showed up end of April. They are not true noise cancel like Apple and the sound quality is poor. People tell me when talking on the phone it sounds like I'm under water. Bluetooth connection keep breaking making is annoying to listen to music. The kicker is customer service, they want a video of the issue, how do you take a video of poor sound quality, its a BS way of not allowing returns. As a consumer you should be able to return an item if it doesn't live up to the advertising. Now they have stopped responding. I do not recommend wasting money on these, spend a bit more and get the Apple Ipod pro.”

“Ordered in January and never received. They have no contact number only an email which doesnt work. Amazon pay had to refund our money after they emailed them and it said it wasn't a legit email. They are a total scam.”

“Firstly, the product would not work properly. The left airpod would not connect no matter what was tried. Secondly, the customer service was non existent. After trying to reach out to someone from the company, I was contacted once and then haven't heard from anyone in over a month. Waste of $60 and I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Definitely a scam company.”

“I ordered a pair on 2/26/20. I was charged for them on 2/28/20. I have sent multiple emails trying to find out why we haven't received them and haven't gotten a response. I'm doing this review and then I'm going to let my bank know I've never received the pods. They'll more than likely open a fraud case. I suggest not buying these, they'll take your money and not look back!”

“SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered 2 sets of air pods and a charging station to a total of $118 dollars and it’s been 2 months and I still do not having shipping confirmation. Talked over email with 3 separate reps that all said the same thing “order has shipped and being processed by logistics” yet I still do not have tracking information. My credit card was charged for product that note seems to be out of stock with no prospect of receiving what I’ve paid for. Definitely a scam so I’m going through my credit card to dispute the charge.”

“I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. I ordered these almost 2 months ago and have not received anything, not even tracking information. I have contacted them many times, to be told they have shipped and their logistics team will get back to me with tracking information because they’ve been so busy. No one ever replies with tracking information and nothing has arrived. They charged my credit card fast enough though. I have twice now requested a refund because I don’t believe any product was sent, or even exists, only to get the standard reply that the logistics team is looking into it. Don’t waste your money, looks a scam.”

“Ordered before the Holidays and it took a month for the order to even be processed and shipped, even though their website claims to begin fulfillment within 24 hours -- it took another month for the package to arrive, but it was sent back to the distributor as the unit number on the delivery address was incorrect (this I do take responsibility for). Emailed the company several times, twice to ask to update the delivery address and check on the status of the order, and once to cancel the order and try to get a refund. None of the emails were responded to.”

“SCAM! RUN AWAY FROM BLK PODS!! Don’t be fooled by Blk Pods’ flashy website - all glitz but no substance for this company. Despite the “quick shipping” promise, the company has no inventory! They get a bunch of orders together & then manufacture the pods. Your shipping notice comes from China. What a joke! We ordered on December 10 & received word on December 20 that they were shipping from China. Received them on January 4. In this day of Amazon Prime, over 3 weeks is not remotely a quick ship. Once received, there are no directions. Syncing was difficult. The sound quality is poor. Sometimes only one earbud works. The sound cuts in & out. So, now, you look at the return/refund policy & see that returns/refunds aren’t allowed if the product was purchased on sale. Currently, the only Blk product being sold at full price on their site is a case for $8.99. Bottom line - this company is a scam. They don’t stand behind their products & are just a big money grab. This company needs to go back to their roach hole and die.”

“Scam!!! First of all, when I purchased them it did not take the "spin game" coupon of 15% when you first go on their website, then after multiple emails trying to fix this issue, no response. Then when they sent us a shipping update (a week and a half later) that Didn't have an final destination address, got worried, and for good reason, they ended up being delivered in another State and could not see the exact address. Going to notify the better business bureau!”
