“This can surprise lots of people, but I am giving Crazy Price Beds 5 stars review. We ordered a bed on the 21.11. We are also the one who faced a bad time, and we went through a bit with this company. But at the end of the journey, we get there, and I need to say that after all they also going through, they deserve 5 stars. Duncan Ross was the only person who manage to get things sorted for us in literally 2 days from the conversation over the phone to delivery of our goods. Very nice guy. Bed arrived and is absolutely amazing. Price was catching and we were worried that quality will not be so good, but what a surprise. From the bottom of my heart, I am wishing this company all the best. Hope they will manage to sort all the backlog from the time when they have been taken over.”

“*SCAM* THIS COMPANY WENT INTO ADMINISTRATION ON 22ND FEBRUARY 2022* Scam! Stolen my money! No response Scam! SCAM! Scam! **THIS COMPANY ARE IN ADMINISTRATION - FILED ON 22ND FEBRUARY 2022** THEY HAVE KNOWINGLY STOLEN MY MONEY. THEY ACCEPTED MY ORDER - TOOK FULL PAYMENT WHILST PLANNING THEIR ADMINISTRATION!!! I have purchased 3 beds and one mattress. Paid in full. Now being fobbed off with generic reply emails. Beds were advertised as being in stock for immediate delivery, then received email quoting 72 hours delivery, NOW NO RESPONSE!!!! I AM IN THE PROCESS OF BEING SCAMMED!!! Very angry. Reporting this company to trading standards and the police. Do not order from them. **FACT: THEY ARE NOW IN ADMINISTRATION **They do not fulfil orders as agreed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!PEOPLE MISSING ORDERS!! YOU MUST FILE A POLICE REPORT!!! stop them from scamming other customers!!!”

“These lot have stolen 450 pound off me and won’t respond. I now don’t have a bed and I’m disabled and 450 down. Avoid like the plague”

“If I could put 0 stars I would! Ordered a bed for my daughter and the website said it was in stock and would be delivered within 5 day,this was on the 13th of November,since ordering and them taking their money all we have received is automated messages! I was given the 22nd as my delivery date and the next day was told that solo home delivery haven’t picked up their stock and they would resolve this within 72 hours,this was a week ago and no further emails from them! Doesn’t matter how many times you email them they never reply?!? This is a total scam and they are still advertising online! Do not buy from this company!!”

“I bought bed from crazypricebeds.com and they gave me wrong parts and 2weeks am trying to sort that out but now no respond from them. Emailing them every day to sort that issue but nothing from their side. Very disappointed. Phone num. don't work so only way how to contact them is email.”

“My order was promised for delivery on Wednesday 23rd Nov 2022, between 2pm and 5pm. Their delivery partner showed when trackings the order, that they had received the goods and my order was on it’s way. At around 3pm I received an email from crazy beds stating that the delivery company hadn’t collected all the items and that delivery would not be taking place! They stated that they would try to resolve in 72 working hours. I contacted their delivery partner , SOLO HOME DELIVERY, to ask where my order was, they replied saying they were no longer operational!! I have tried, without success, to get any answers, telephone calls are straight to answer machine, they don’t reply. Emails are not answered, except with a generic email. I’ve emailed Crazy Price Beds to cancel my order and ask for a refund, but they are not replying. I’ll get in touch with my bank to hopefully withhold payment from my credit card. They are either a fraudulent outfit or must have ceased trading. STAY AWAY, DO NOT PART WITH ANY MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE,”

“Order 143013916 Having received three emails from you with regard to my above order stating that the order is out of stock and to respond to the email if I would like a refund I have replied to your emails three times now requesting a refund for the above-mentioned order and to date not received a reply. The bed was for my elderly father who needs a larger bed as he currently has an issue with falling out, he is 86 and we ordered a bed from yourselves as it was an affordable price for him. We had ordered a kingsize bed to prevent him from falling and doing himself harm. Without a refund we cannot afford to look for another bed and until we receive this refund, we will have to lower his current bed so it is nearer the floor to prevent any injury To date we have not had the courtesy of any response to our emails and now reading all these awful reviews with regard non delivery refund we are starting to worry. If we hear nothing in the next week we will definitely be resorting to social media warning people not to order from Crazy Beds as you are quick to take our money but not provide the goods.”

“Well ordered my bed head bored and mattress now saying there is a shortage of foam 😂😂but still advised so other people will ordered it when they haven't got it and still waiting on them to add a mattress to my order so waiting for them to let me know what mattress they have got because obviously I need the mattress with the bed that's why I ordered it all together. So please answer my emails as solo delivery been trying to contact you as well as they want to deliver all at once.”

“Worst company we have dealt with took my daughter's money and we haven't received the bed. Try to ring them no answer leave a message they don't get back to you email like they ask you to get nothing back home are you supposed to deal with a company like this all we want is our money refunded.”

“Rubbish customer service, my bed broke after just 2 months, asked for a refund or repair, takes weeks for any reply. Finally got a reply for them to say they would send replacement part, 3 weeks later still nothing has arrived. Just received another email 2 months after making the complaint, saying if you want a refund then you must package the bed up in the original packing, whos keeps the packing for a bed for 4 months, if you sold you wouldn't have to keep the packing, Joke. Ridiculous service and the product is badly made you might as well buy from it WISH!!! Please don't buy Beds from these con artists!!”

“The bed arrived and we built it, but the slats are too narrow for the bed. I have sent two emails with photos since Friday 21st and had no response. Have called and left a voicemail on Saturday and tried to call several times yesterday but no answer. My 5 year old son has now had no bed for 4 days and I can’t get a response!!!”

“Missing 2 legs and won’t send them out as I’ve opened a PayPal claim! Useless bed with 2 legs missing, tried to bully me to close claim then they’d send them out, I said I’d close claim after proof of postage and now they won’t respond! Shame, it’s a lovely bed! I didn’t want to return or refund just have the other 2 legs that are missing!”

“If I could leave a 1 star review I would. Do not waste your money and do not buy a mattress from here. They are incredibly cheap and nasty, and ours was faulty. Despite them acknowledging there was a fault having shown them pictures, they have refused to offer a refund. It's almost like they've taken a mattress from the 70s and somehow sewn a mattress topper to it. Utterly shambolic. Absolutely diabolical customer service. Don't waste your money!! Avoid this company!!”

“Don't go near this company if you can't afford to loose your hard earned cash ! Bed was delivered in a box that was battered and broken , you can't return unless you pay for the return and the packaging has to be unopened ! I am going to see if my bank can help dispute but my advise to anyone is read the small print , I have lost £250 and currently sleeping on the floor I am registered disabled and it will take weeks to save up for another bed . Use a reputable company this lot are villans”
