“Very bad experience, I have a package should deliver on Friday last week, sadly, from customer service when I called, the driver has car accident, my package can not deliver at Friday. The customer service( they are not given they first name) promise me my package will deliver on Saturday.
OK, I understand and I will wait.
So I called Saturday ask when it will be deliver. The situation start to change, the customer service doesn’t know when my package will be deliver and just saying may be deliver at Saturday. I can not wait all day in home for some thing may or may not been delivered. And the package is life plant, I really need them be here asap.so I try to ask, can they give me a confirmation about when can be deliver to me. They start to sound Impatient and treat me like” if I ask my package deliver on time I have no sympathy”, And hung up my call. It really make me feel bad about this. I called on Tuesday next week, same happens again, they just say “may” deliver to me on Tuesday. The phone was miraculously disconnected 3 times, at end hung up on me again.
I am paying customer, I just want my delivery been delivered. Is it wrong? No information been given when accident happened, no information been given after accident happened, bad customer service and unprofessional( I called DPD Cork office), bad or may be no SOP for this situation.”

Why are companies using DPD couriers when they are incapable of delivering a package. They have my details including my "postal code" and the parcel is now going from Billy to Jack and back again.
This has happened before with DPD so they should have being aware!
I spoke to DPD this morning she lied time and time again to cover their tracks!!! It was brutal listening to her and then suggested transferring me to another department when I kept catching her out.
I have NEVER had any issues with other courier companies. NEVER. They come right to my door without question!
Had DPD done their job correctly I would have had my package today instead of next Tuesday at the earliest. My job could have been completed this weekend only for DPD's mistakes and lies.

The worst company ever!!! First the driver claimed I was not home, I was and he didn't even try to contact me. After my call he deliver my parcel next day, it was around 10 kg packing and I ask him to help me because I'm 7th month pregnant but he just said NO and he left. DPD NEVER AGAIN”
“It's always a problem with them to deliver package to my adress! It's always an issue, or they saying I wasn't in the house when I always waiting for my delivery or that I give them my adress wrong which is not true as on their system my adress is correct ! saying unable to deliver, nobody home. The address is for a Leisure Centre that is open till 10 o' clock 7 days a week. The reception is ALWAYS open. So somebody is lying. What am I paying a delivery charge for when I have to go and collect it ?”
“Parcels were thrown over the gate, brand new goods worth €430 got cracks and scratches. Had the whole “delivery” process on a video. Contacted Depot 16 couple times, also submitted all pictures and video. Nobody from the management even bothered to ring and apologise, never mind anything else. I remember when Wojtek used to deliver in the area, top class service it was and very pleasant guy. Now it is disgusting experience.”

“Outraged & disgusted! Parcel arrives in poor condition. My wife questions the driver, Dean. His response... he calls her a c**t. Imagine! Being called a c**t on your doorstep in front of your young daughters.
After engaging DPD's customer care, their response? 'His manager will give him a warning'. The kicker is this, if I still need to receive parcels from DPD, it will be from the disrespectful bottom feeder that verbally abused my wife (as he's the only driver on this route) or, I need to collect it. You're no longer a delivery service if your customers need to collect their parcels.
Huge overhaul needed in terms of service. Unfortunately, I think they've known this for a while.”
