“Your heater fixers were fine. They worked efficiently, needed very little input from us, and set the heaters in proper places. They explained the settings to us - though it would have been good to have been left with a users manual - which still hasn't come. Apart from that, we are very satisfied with the heaters and your staff, and hope to receive a further pleasant surprise when the next electricity bill arrives. We'll certainly recommend them to friends.”
“Various cracking banging noises bit like shot guns out of the blue. I have had various visits but still making massive cracking noises. I have been given different reasons for these cracking and banging noises. Different engineers called making different adjustments. At the moment I have turned them off. It saves jumping out of my skin wnen all of a sudden a cracking bang. Five years guarantee against what? I am fed up of making appointments for engineers to call and make adjustments to radiators that obviously are not adjustable. When winter comes I will be sat here waiting for this loud crackingh noise. Or put a blanket on.”

“These are very expensive heaters. However, judged against the overall service both pre and post fitting and build quality they are good value. They retain there heat for a very long time and the thermostats are very sensitive to temperature change.”
“On deciding I wanted to change my heating system, I contacted Fischer Future Heat and within 2 days a representative came to my home and explained everything in a very professional but friendly manner. I decided to go ahead with the installation, albeit apprehensive of the disruption and mess it may cause. My installation would take two days as my old oil fired wet system needed to be removed. From my decision to go ahead to the completion of the installation was 6 weeks. I contacted the Customer Care team several times with questions and concerns I had prior to the installation and found them to be extremely helpful and always phoning back if the answer couldn't be given immediately. On the day of the installation the fitters arrived just after 9 am and worked tirelessly throughout the day, coping with some challenging procedures. On day two they arrived just before 9 am and completed the installation by late afternoon. The fitters were brilliant, accommodating, polite and remained cheerful no matter what challenge was presented to them and there were several. The after care has also been excellent, again answering my queries immediately, In my view Fischer Future Heat have excelled, from sales, installation, customer care to after care, being fast, efficient and professional in all areas. I will recommend them to anyone who is interested.”
