“Danny was amazingly helpful - explained the process clearly and was extremely patient when we needed - frequently- to start again. If he does this all day, I think he deserves a pay rise. I now know, and have written down, things I was probably told when the heater was installed but didn?t register at the time. It was perhaps unfortunate that the only leaflet accompanying the refurbished thermostat was for the control unit, and I don?t seem to have thermostat instructions in my original paperwork from 2015. It might also have been helpful to indicate the unit was sent out without batteries. Especially, clear instructions needed on how to open the unit - once you know it?s obvious of course, but..... But - Danny had saved the day! Thanks again”

“I had an Aquafficient water heater installed to replace an old (huge) water storage heater that heated a tank full overnight. Very inefficient as I didn't use much hot water. New system was fitted very quickly and efficiently with little fuss or mess. Works exactly as advertised - it uses virtually no electricity if you don't use water and hot water comes through virtually instantly. How efficient this is if you use a lot of hot water I don't know but for me it is ideal. Only negative is the cost - seems fairly high for what it is but no maintenance costs.”
“The timings, fittings and disruptions were all very good. The system seems to work fine now I have been able to programme it properly. As there are no instructions with the installation I had to resort to ringing up the tech dept where "Danny" gave me the missing info and emailed me some instructions ... good for him, All is working as it should now. I must mention the electricians who had to lay 40-50 meters of very heavy and stiff cable in freezing weather all around the house! Well done. I look forward to a trouble free system”

“Installation of the new heater panels was quick and efficient taking just 2 hours to complete the swop over from the 3 storage radiators which were getting well past there best. No extra wiring required as existing 13 amp sockets were used. The fitting team (2 Guys ) were pleasant and efficient and cleared up well after fitting was complete, Excellent job all round. “The radiator was fitted very promptly by 2 electricians. They left everything clean and tidy. The only fault I can find is that the heaters in my opinion are very expensive. This is compared to others of a similar type.”
