“All staff we have come in contact with have been friendly and great. Sales man who came out was nice, friendly and honest with us. Engineers who fitted heaters were early (but called to make sure that was ok) fitted everything quickly and ask my opinion on what I wanted plug socket wise and where about on my wall. I don't need to worry that it will be cold when I come home or if we get a sudden cold snap at night I know my kids will be warm. I had to email cause my son had wreaked the manual and they quickly responded and emailed me a new one. It was costly but honestly was worth every penny and the payment plan we got offered is great too cause we can pay it off early if we want to.”
“We recently had a Fischer conservatory storage heater fitted and are very pleased with the results. Though not the cheapest company for home heating appliances, Fischer is big on quality and service, guaranteeing their products for 10 years and replacement with new item if problems arise. “We had the aquafficient water heater installed a couple weeks ago and so far I am extremely happy. Hot water on demand all the time. The unit takes up very little space and is easy to use. The engineers who installed it were friendly, courteous, worked to time and very helpful in explaining how the system worked. My only criticism is that between the point of sales and the installation there was a dead silence from the company. I had to call to ask for written confirmation of the order. In terms of sales, finance plans, installation and the unit itself, I would definitely reccomend this product and company”

“Very quick, clean and efficient service. The guys were in my home installing 3 radiators, and removing old night storage ones, in less than an hour. A full explanation of how the thermostats worked (programming them etc) was given as well as an instruction book left. Each radiator was checked and the system was left ready to go when the temperature drops. Highly recommend them”
“We are very happy with the heaters so far, but not had an electric bill yet to gauge how economical they are. The controls are easy to use. We have only had them installed for a few weeks and we are pleased with them, we do have a log burner so use them mainly as back up heat. The installers were very professional, polite and cleaned everything up after the installation.”

“Our experience was generally excellent. The only downside to our order was the delay in installation - over the Christmas period - which meant that we had little heating in the house over that period. Otherwise the whole process was excellent, the installation teams efficient and helpful and everything has gone smoothly since.
