“There were a couple of glitches in the prescription. Customer service did not notify me of these either time, until I called to inquire why the order was taking so long. When things got resolved it was shipped the next day and arrived promptly. But the entire process took 3 weeks which is way too long in my opinion. However, your prices are extremely reasonable.”

I’m used to going through 1800petmeds or chewy for my pets prescription and they’re usually really fast at filling them and shipping so I was a little disappointed at how long the process took to get my prescription filled with Koala health but in the end I got my prescription and the price was great.”

“The time it took to get the prescription filled and in the mail after the vet approved it took too long and more days than it says on your website. I had to go back the vet and pay twice the amount for a half month supply while waiting for your delivery. I should have cancelled the Koala prescription. You also don't carry the meds I need for my cat, so I can't really consolidate my ordering. The packaging and presentation are top knotch, however, that is style over substance.”

“Everybody was really nice and I like the convenience of it being delivered but customer service is slow and thats not the employees fault that's the company they really should hire more people. I switched to this company to get faster service because the pharmacies around me never had the medication in and my dog went multiple days without it. Also the medication here is so much more expensive, like insanely for a months supply of my dogs meds was 75 bucks when in a normal pharmacy it ranges from 9 to 13 bucks.. really should get that under control, don't mind spending a little more because it's more convenient but that's a whole lot more.”

Should have been a small bag with a simple paper receipt.
Prolly not gunna reorder, as the only important item is PRICE.

“The company did not put my complete mailing address on the label therefore I did not get the package. I was in a car accident and had been 4 minths ahead in medication, when I tracked package it said it was delivered to ups. UPS said they send everything back to the company after 7 days. This was the second time they had to ship it out to me for the same reason. The second time they confirmed my address and they keep leaving off trail! They first claimed they wouldn’t re-send unless I can supply proof that I didn’t get it, I said the tracking states that it was delivered to ups! Then they stated that ups and usps has a block on delivering to my house so they can’t ship to me! I said that’s impossible because we are also a business and I get 1-50 packages a day! So I called both usp and usps and they said that is absolutely incorrect! USP told them if they need proof that they return everything they can also call them, that didn’t matter. I said at this point, I don’t need to go back and forth, I need to move up auto shipping! I just gave my dog her last pill and need to make sure next months is here. They agreed to ship but of course at my cost. They were not going to reship. They had to reach out to the vet again and I asked if they could give some type of discount which they gave 20% off. I went over the address to make sure they wouldn’t make the same mistake, the read back the correct address and when they sent it out, they left off the street part! Again! Lucky for me and my Pup, our usual UPS driver was on and knew where it was going to.”
