“Terrible, I ordered 3 sims and have sent multiple emails requesting a refund as they have been un used and have just been ignored worst customer service in my life !!! Still haven't got a refund.”
“BEWARE OF THIS SHADY COMPANY
My experience with lycamobile is VERY BAD. First of all their online user interface is really bad. I tried to activate a package using the online interface several times and it never worked. It doesn't even notify whether it worked or not. It just resets to the page 1 of the transaction. After trying for a number of times I gave up and decided to go buy some vouchers. I purchased the vouchers and topped up my account. Then I dialed the code to activate the International Plus XL package (which has 20GB of data). I saw the screen going to processing my request mode. At this point I kept the phone aside and resumed my work assuming that it is activated. Later I started using the phone to make calls and use data. after several hours, I got a notification that I had run out of all my data. I thought there must be some mistake and called the customer service about it. They informed me that I have used all my top up money in data and phone calls and my package was never activated. I argued with them back and forth about it and they declined to fix this issue. The manager informed me that she does not have the authority to reimburse my money.
I am deeply disappointed with this experience. I have the following points.
1. Why do we first need to top up money into the account and then choose the package. Why cant I directly buy and activate a package!
2. Is it so technically complex that a global phone company can not do it!
3. No, the answer is this is deliberately set up to confuse people and steal money from the customers. I am sure if an investigation is launched into the company, we will find this being discussed as a strategy to extract more money from the customers. Consumer protection agency must penalize this corrupt phone company for this kind of shady practices.
4. I am sick of this company and am going to switch to another service. I advice everyone to stay away from this company and the existing customers must switch to other services.”

“The worst network provider and customer service ever. Every month I have to call them regarding a mistake from their side. They cause these situations , then they expect you to call them and then they charge you for the call. That’s how they make their money. For no rhyme or reason my balance got deducted and when I call the customer service, they tell me that they cannot see the previous transactions and then they have to escalate the call. A couple of hours later I get a message saying that I called a number which I never did and also I have an unlimited package. No decency to call. Now again I cannot message the same number back so I have to call them again and get charged for the call. This is crazy, never seen anything like this before. Solution is to port my number and urge ppl not to use Lyca.”
“Worst customer service ever!!!! I've never been so upset after calling a support. Just horrible. I'm not even upset about the fact that the issue wasn't solved. It was just the way the operator treated me and when I politely asked if I could talk to someone else, he just said "No, you need to call back with someone who can understand English!" He also told me to change the phone when my sim wasn't working. I told him I just got a new iphone!! Crazy.”

“Bad service. Never answer the call centre phones on time. I left my mobile data on my new phone switched on by mistake and they charged me £34 without warning me. A truly unprofessional company. AVOID”
“The worst customer service in history. Sorry to say that the ppl they hire Truely show the direction the company is heading. It’s taken me 15 calls and each time being charged for it just to activate the correct package and still they have activated the wrong package. On more than 7 occasions I asked to speak to a supervisor however they all seem to be hiding as they are ashamed of what they are selling. Between getting connected to India or the Philippines, don’t know which one is worse. Will never ever recommend this network to anyone. Also they ask you to email. Over 10 emails sent, not one acknowledgment email did I receive.”
