“Received 36 exclusive pops. Very excited although I did not realise the high postage cost and the £67 for customs.
They came squashed and basically £350 of pure rubbish, I sent emails and said could I please have any sort of help. They said the contents ( the pops) can be used and played with for purpose the outer packing does not matter .. I keep them perfect as a collector and at this high cost really just a awful experience. Avoid at all costs. 1/2 the pops we’re squashed and creased not at all fit for any purpose.
More upset being told that they won’t help in anyway as the out packing of the pops aren’t what they sell just the contents.
Pictures were very clear and just very dissapointed. £350 was spent and honestly received £100 worth maximum.”
“I ordered the Trivia Pursuit Stranger Things board game and it was shipped out right away, it took a few weeks to get to the US but I was expecting that. It was packaged nicely and in perfect condition, no problems at all.”
“After placing an order for several items, some of which were pre-ordered, I was pleasantly surprised that the company sent me this order in 4 packages, so 4 times the associated customs fees. After having contacted them by email without any answer... I called them and the customer service was not able to make a gesture for the inconvenience caused but only to tell me that he could not group an order. A shame at this price.

“I've ordered from Popculcha 3 times all with Funko pops (one being a deluxe pop), the website is great and easy to use with a great selection but the pops boxes have always been crushed or ripped, or the paint on the pops themselves look like theyve gone and picked the worst one to off load it, wont be buying from them again.”
“They just emailed me that they'd closed my order and gave me a gift certificate or refund without any explanation. But before I replied to their email they just send a gift certificate which I didn't agree to have. Replied through email to them that I want a refund rather than the gift certificate 2 days later still no refund no email back from them. This company is terrifying and has a horrible customer service. I'd never experience this kind of problem until popcultcha. I will never order from them again. I need my refund.”
“I ordered a board game from them delivered to Canada before i read any reviews. so after i did i was pretty nervous but item arrived SUPER FAST and well packed. Had a fantastic experience with them.”
“I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about ordering from Popcultcha after reading some reviews. But I did order, and am happy to say that the product I ordered arrived when they said it would(was on backorder). It can't be easy with freight in the current climate world wide, so kudos to Popcultcha for continuing to endeavour to supply customers in a timely manner. Thankyou, the purchase was a present for a good friend and they loved it!”
“Absolutely disgusting customer service. Constantly ignored and lied to. I’ve been waiting two weeks now for a preorder pop that recently came in stock after I ordered it last year. My friend ordered five months after me and received his. When I called to ask where mine was they claimed it would be five business days (but they didn’t expect it to be that long) and that it wasn’t in chronological order. Fast forward 7 business days and I still have no pop. When I called again they said it was done in chronological order and my turn would be soon. When I said that my friend who ordered after me already has his and that the other person told me differently he went completely silent and couldn’t provide an answer.
Don’t waste your time and energy. So much worse than they ever were before. Using covid as an excuse for poor organisation and appalling customer service.”
“To use a metaphore I would say that Popcultcha is like a Disneyland where the staff dressed as Mickey Mouse runs around drunk swearing at kids, beautiful place but appalling customer service.
Damaged orders happen, and 99% of the businesses wouldn't think twice about offering a replacement, but not Popcultcha, which primarily sells collectibles, ironic.
So far it has happened three times, each and every single time my original contact to customer service was downright ignored for months (yes, that's the amount of time I've waited each time before trying to get in contact a second time thinking they might have been overly busy).
To top it all off, after the last damaged order I originally sent the incident report through their online form, waited and waited, so I decided to call the store to be told to send a query by email as they "didn't read those" (online forms), email which was then ignored for months...
Not a one star review because the products themselves are amazing, but the customer service is the worst I've experienced so far and their policies clearly show that they have no passion whatsoever for what they sell nor do they care about having a satisfied clientele and it's truly disheartening.”
“I don't write reviews, but in this case, I felt it'd be wrong of me not to share my own very recent and perfectly acceptable experience.
I was desperate to get hold of an Axel Foley POP for my partner for Christmas because I left it too long buying elsewhere, and the Popcultcha website is where I landed.
A week and a half later, having travelled from Victoria to Far North Queensland, he's wrapped under the tree, along with a poster, two other pops, a pop keyring, and a lunch tin -- not a single thing dented, melted, marked or any of the other atrocities I expected, having decided to look up the reviews after the fact.
Prior, all I cared about what that they were a legit business, and that I could get my hands on that little banana-wielding bandit for my man.
I wouldn't have thrown a single cent at them had I read those reviews first, but I'm really glad I strayed from my usual road as I'll definitely be shopping there in future, just as I know the rest of my family will, given the extent and diversity of their catalogue.”
“Used to be great. Probably the best. These last 2 or 3 months they have declined drastically. I have an order missing, tracking says still awaiting international flight since 31st October!! Yet, my other orders from the same Popcultcha are arriving slowly. No customer care contact, no help, they got thier money so they dont seem to care. Items missing and i highly doubt i will be contacted even after multiple emails and messages on thier facebook page. Ridiculous!”
“I brought 4 pop figures all arrived with the box broken. Customer service won’t do anything they say the product is the pop figure itself and not the box. I’ve never received pop figures in such a bad conditions before. I want my money back or replacement pop figures.”
“Terrible customer service items come destroyed or not at all, wait weeks on email responses combine shipping which means you are charged custom charges, long shipping and delivery times.”
“Absolutely no communication whatsoever. Emails go unanswered for weeks and then you get a generic cut and paste response that does not even answer the question you asked. I have had an order in since March 2021. After I enquired as to an eta I was eventually told it would be June. Now I’m told it will be March 2022. A full year after placing my order. They state covid as the problem of course and state that they can’t get shipments through, Funnily enough I could place my order for the same item through Amazon Australia today and have it in under a week. I have no idea how a company that does not even bother replying to emails for weeks on end can stay in business. This will be my last ever order through them. I would rather pay extra and deal with reputable companies”
“Very poor customer service! Purchased an In Stock item 2 weeks ago and not even an update with my inquiry. After 2 weeks they just responded due to large numbers of orders it would take 2 weeks before shipping?
I've read the terms & conditions - 2 weeks of preparation is not even stated.”
“Terrible service. I’ve been waiting two weeks for an in stock item to be shipped. All emails have been ignored. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and I will be opening a dispute.”
“Don’t buy there mystery boxes there just full of useless stock they can’t sell. People from UK and USA and Australia are receiving a lot of damaged pops. There seems to be no quality control. They pack it and don’t care that the buyers are collectors and are paying for new undamaged items. They also don’t like negative feedback on their eBay store they will block you because they can’t handle criticism. Big cry babies.
There is much better pop sellers out there to buy from. Don’t waste ur good money and energy on popcultcha.
My mystery box was full of junk overstocked commons.
The only mystery is will yours come damaged?. Lol.
Will never buy again from this low quality useless company. They think they have the market but they don’t. Much better out there.”
