“Attention Fraud!!!!
We booked a hotel, never cancelled it but received a right away message (following the payment), that they could not reserve the hotel.
I requested money back and they said it will be credited back in two weeks! (They are a banking system ?? Taking benefit of personal money lending??)
Now it's been 3 months and we have never received the refund.”
“First mistake was booking with this website without proper research about them. So almost the same like the others, i booked my flight in their website (cheapest at that time), i received email that the booking was pending and they are waiting for the airline to confirm before they will send me the ticket copy. After 2 hours, i received another email that there was a price hike and i need to pay for the booking to proceed and 3rd email that since no response from my side the cancelled my booking.
I read the email when i reached home after work, but still i paid the fare hike just to secure my booking since my flight was already in 2 weeks. The following day i called their customer care to double check if my ticket was confirmed but they said it was cancelled already and they will initiate the refund on June 15,2023.
After multiple calls and emails from them, until now i dont receive my refund with cost 2.6 aed in total. I filed complaint in DET in dubai since the office is located there. They said that Rehlat is not licensed by the department, thus they does not fall under their jurisdiction. I called ******* but they refer me to Ministry of Economy (*******)because they are dealing only with company within Abu Dhabi. Ministry of Economy was close today and sunday so i am planning to file a case also.
As i am reading the review of others, I read about filling a dispute report. So I called my bank to file a dispute case to Rehlat and suggested that I should send them email regarding the situation and any proof of emails from the company. Waiting time is 120 days (plus the 2 months waiting for rehlat without refund =(
Such a huge inconvenience booking with Rehlat.
To those who have same experiences, let us knock all doors. Don't loose hope because it is our hard earned money! They cannot take it like that.”

They have agreed to process the refund after 1 months of follow up and after constant email reminders , .After they agreed , 2 months have passed (Now at 16th reminder email) and even copying their CEO , CFO , no action.
I thought at least the management will have a little shame in seeing their company having such negative reviews but apparently they don't even care .

I booked a hotel through your platform and was charged a certain percentage as an advance payment before the actual stay. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip, and as a result, I did not stay at the hotel. According to your refund policy, I am eligible for a refund of the booking amount since the cancellation was made within the specified timeframe.
I have attempted to communicate with your customer support team via email to process the refund, but to my dismay, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from Rehlat thus far. This lack of response is causing me significant concern, and I am left without any clarity on the status of my refund request.”

I called Uk Rehlat office was told refund will be in 48 hours…no refund
