I booked a ticket from this website on 20th January 2023, but the ticket was not issued and the booking was cancelled. I was supposed to receive a refund for the amount of 1106 AED which was already debited from my credit card.
The email which they sent after cancellation mentioned that payment will be refunded within 15-20 WORKING DAYS (which I feel is unreasonably long time required to return someone’s hard earned money). However, this period is already over, in fact it has been a month now & I have still not received the refund.
I’m calling them daily since last few days, but their call center has just one thing to say: ‘Our team is working on it & you will receive the money within next 1 or 2 working days’. They do not have the courtesy to reply to my emails as well. They also told me that I will receive a call back from their higher management, but never received any call.
I think next option would be to go to the Police to recover my money.”

“Purchased an upgraded suite at a resort through Rehlat. The room that they booked for me is the most basic room that the resort offers. Spent hours on the phone with multiple customer service representatives, two of which got angry and hung up on me. This company scammed me out of $400 and refused to acknowledge or address it. Worst experience ever. They will show you ticket at a lower price but once you book that ticket you will get an email saying there was a price hike and you have to pay extra (double the price of actual ticket on the airline website) to get your ticket. When you refuse to pay and ask for refund. they will not refund your amount no matter how many calls or emails you do. STAY AWAY from REHLAT.
BID: 1991938 was cancelled within 2 hours of booking cause they tried to blackmail me and ask for extra money which I refused to pay. Now its been 4 months and they are not refunding the money regardless of multiple calls and emails.”

“I booked with them a hotel in Dubai for a business trip, and when I came , hotel said that no see any any booking on my name or from this company, when I called and emailed to Rehlat customer support they all time said to to wait an hour or two or 24 and didn’t get refund to me ! They scammers ! Still money from people and didn’t shame on it! Don’t use their price and they web site !they left you dead in the street in another country !( reg1312595)”

“Rehlat not refunding my money SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS.. Are they SCAMMERS or FRAUD??? I booked a ticket on 17th November 2022 and i got success email but the next day they sent me an email that i have to pay 420 more for confirmation of booking from their side. I told them i already paid full amount of ticket last night but why you are asking me for more money. Then i asked them to refund my money i did not need the ticket. Since then around 2 months are going to over they did not refund my amount. Some what it feels this company is scam or doing scams with people. I sent multiple emails and they infact do not respond to my emails now. I calls many time their customer service and they told me we will contact you but they do not contact again. Now since last 2 months they are only saying we send your complaint to our accounts department and i will get my refund but they do nothing only give these false excuses.They are doing same as fraud companies do. They only reply and told wait.. but they do not do any thing.Now i felt i made a big mistake to give money to them and use this company for booking. Given below the few emails screen shots in which they confirm every thing but till now after 2 months i did not get anything from their side.”

“Ticket Received 1080916 - Re: Refund booking ID 1514939 , it is more than 2 and half years since I booked the air ticket. All the flights were suspended due to covid19. I have contacted the help line @rehlat. many times after the resumption of Fliglhts, either to reschedule my flight or to refund. But no response from them
They should tell me either they are processing or not.
I have lost hopes, I never recommend anyone.”
“Scammers! Purchased accommodation through them, they have cancelled it, saying that hotel don't have this room available anymore, asked for more $ to rebook another room. Phoned hotel, they told me it was the agent that cancelled it. Re booked with hotel direct, asked Rehlat to refund. Ended up reporting them to my bank as fraud to get a refund, at the end they have not processed it as refund, and I lost $ on conversion as they have processed it as new transaction. Stay away from these Scammers!!!”

“On June 29 2022 we purchased airline tickets through Rehlat. Booking id 3917226. On June 30 2022 they emailed us saying they cancelled the trip and we will get a refund within 60 days. It’s been 4 months and we didn’t receive our money back!
We have been calling them on a weekly basis but they just lie to us saying we will receive our money within 48 hours.
We wish we read the reviews before we purchased the tickets on their website.
