“Booking ID 1725937- I had booked Emirates airline ticket for my travel on 19th August 2020. Because of COVID19 outbreak travel could not take place. Airline as well as Rehlat confirmed that ticket will be kept valid for 2 years. Now i got written confirmation from from Emirates Airlines that ticket was cancelled and refunded in August 2021 upon request of Rehlat without my confirmation. I am trying to get reason for cancellation but Rehlat is giving excuses/inappropriate responses. Its been 28 days, since then i made at least 15-20 calls and send 10-15 emails. Until today they could not give me answer how my ticket got cancelled and how to get new ticket. I am not looking for refund neither got one but looking for my replacement ticket. Their customer service is extremely bad, no one will give you desired response over call and persons in call center are just postmen and they have no information or updates neither they can transfer the call to any senior / responsible staff. Don’t try Rehlat even if they give you major discount on ticket”
“I’m very disappointed in this company, because they advertise with a ViSA and Mastercard and they payment it’s inpossible. You can pay only with a GCC card (in Europe we don’t now this card). Also they don’t respons any email. Be careful when you are from Europe; this is a worst travel agency because they don’t have no solutions and now i missed my hotel and I have to booked a new very expensive hotel.”

I am a very frequent traveler, I book a hotel with free cancelation. 2 Hours later, I tried to canceled the booking to find out I have to pay half the booking cost in cancelation fee.
On further enquiry the agents tell me that well I was eligible for a free refund the Midnight BEFORE I booked the ticket.. WHAT?????
SO the way their refund policy is advertised (and I am sure many people are getting stung by it ), you are eligible for a free refund till the time you actually book with them. After the booking you are s$@# out of luck..
Save your self the headache, don't book with them.
Record your conversation with them, if you have the misfortune to talk to customer service. Help to hear the level they going stoop to swindle you.
I Repeat... Go with someone else.. I have used the below and they are all better then these cheats

Not recommended at all due to bad experience and empty promises as i booked a hotel and they cancel the booking from their side as the hotel did not accept the booking after they confirmed with me !!!!
Since then several emails between to confirm my refund but now they stopped respond to any email I send and now i cant get my money back till now

Some people have been trying to get their refunds for more than 8 months
They also will deduct 10x the cancellation fee and justify that with a tech error on their website. The remaining was not even refunded yet”
“Scam comany . Not a real one , employees work from home , have no offices to complain to. I have had two problems with them , first on booking they didn’t confirm reservation 2723761 ,although the money was taken from my card then i asked for a refund and i call them nearlly everyday and i hear a new lie everyday from them about my refund for more than one month . Please don't ever use Rehlat.com , airlines have refunded many of my friends who got their flights cancelled a within a month of cancellation but through rehlat.com I am not able to receive a refund. All we get is an automated reply "We will get back to you soon" from 8 months. Please steer clear of Rehlat.com .
