As far as I am concerned I had a contract for Shuttle Direct to take me to my hotel. They point blank refused to do that but would only drop me at the bottom of the hill leaving me with a 1km walk up a steep hill to the hotel. I'm not complaining about the 1 hour delay they would have imposed to do that but if the contract says they will drop me at the resort then that is what they are obliged to do. They refused to offer a refund and I had to get a taxi instead. My mobility is limited and I cannot walk 1km up a steep hill. They suggested I get a taxi where they were going to drop me off but there are no taxis available in that area. They showed no empathy with my predicament and displayed a couldn't care less attitude. I shall advise everyone I know going to Tenerife not to use shuttle direct. They are just not the slightest interested in the customer.

We were trapped halfway to Israel because of flights being cancelled because of their war and then major difficulties getting home. Then Shuttle Direct used "policy" to tell us that we notified them too late to get a refund. Basically, they are thieves.

Min kone og jeg samt to voksne døtre og en svigersøn og et barnebarn blev hentet d 3.10 kl 9.35 på hotel VIVA Blue & Spa. Carrer Passeig de Bateman. Vi skulle til lufthavnen og var i god tid, og chaufføren kom til tiden, men han kørte på hele turen til lufthavnen vanvittigt stærkt og tæt til andre trafikanter. Min familie sad bag i bilen, og jeg sad ved siden af chaufføren. Jeg henvendte mig til chaufføren tre gange undervejs og sagde på engelsk, at vi var en familie på ferie, og han behøvede ikke køre så stærkt for vores skyld. Han ignorerede mine henvendelser, og ignorerede også henvendelser fra familien bag i bilen. Det var meget meget utrygt. Han fortsatte på samme måde. I familien har vi talt om, at skrive dette til rejsebureauet eller til jer, men vi skriver nu til jer. Vi kan simpelthen ikke forstå, at man som gæst på en rejse skal udsættes for sådan noget.

Beim Abholen am Flughafen sollte ein Fahrer mit Schild auf uns warten. Der Fahrer war allerdings im Parkhaus und es dauerte 30 Minuten bevor wir uns gefunden haben. Beim Abholen an unserer Unterkunft ist kein Fahrer erschienen und er war nicht telefonisch erreichbar. Wir haben mehrmals mit der Zentrale telefoniert, welche uns dann letztendlich ein Taxi geschickt hat. Es hätte nicht mehr viel gefehlt und wir hätten unseren Rückflug verpasst - NIE WIEDER!!!!

Rigtig dårlig behandling da man skal skifte bus ingen fortæller noget man bliver bare jaget ud og vores kuffert smidt ind u den anden bus så holder den og vi var flere der ikke vidste hvad vi skulle nogen troede vi skulle med en taxi men så pludselig pegede han en vej vi skulle gå og der x står at det tager 1 og 1/2 time fra lufthavn det tog 3 timer så vi troede ikke vi kunne nå det da vi skulle hjem fik først tidspunkt sidst på eftermiddagen mandag men da havde vi fået køre lejlighed med taxa så vi var x sikker på at komme hjem så rigtig dårlig behandling

Bei der Buchung konnte ich als Zielort und Abholort unser Hotel angeben. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, der Bus fährt nur bis zu einem bestimmten Punkt und dann müssen wir ins Taxi umsteigen. Das wurde organisiert, passte. Bei der Abholung allerdings mussten wir zu einem anderen Hotel laufen - laufen heißt in diesem Fall BERGAUF und das ein ganzes Stück! Entweder bergauf ca. 10 Minuten - ODER ca. 8 Minuten bergauf und zig Treppen - und das mit vollem großen Gepäck! So eine Strapaze für Leute, die schon älter sind und kaum Luft bekommen! Das geht wesentlich besser!

2autiste donne sia all’andata che al ritorno,molto maleducate e disinformate,ho dovuto insistere,sia con il biglietto cartaceo che con l’iPhone per fargli capire che avevo tutto in regola,se no,non ci avrebbero fatto salire a bordo,a me e a mia moglie,una vera vergogna,mai più,se volete farvi sangue amaro,provare per credere!!!

Had to sit in airport for 1 hour waiting for other flights to arrive. then we were second last drop. Took us longer to get from heraklion airport to agios nikolaos than it did from birmingham airport to Crete.

Hi I waited 2 hours for my bus from the airport, then on the one back I had to walk 10 mins to a meeting point and a women rang me shouting at me that the bus driver can't find me it wasn't a nice experience :(

On arrival, we were left an hour and a half waiting late at night. On departure, we were supposed to be collected at 03:40 AM. As nobody turned up by 04:30, we had to get a taxi or we would miss our flight. Will not travel with you again.

Want refund as lift didn't show and had to pay 63 euro for a taxi , no notification nothing , the day before follwed pick up instruction waited on transfer for an hour and a half I would have missed flight I have receipt n want refunded for transfer and the taxi that I had no choice to take.

10 people left stranded outside the hotel and then told to get taxis to another hotel even though all people where 30 minutes early. Not good service. Lost €16 in taxis. Bus man said he took picture but my sister asked him and all it was a piece of pavement and no time.

We reserved Shuttle Direct well in advance for our trip to Germany. We paid $968.00 euros and confirmed in June for our September travel. The cost was high and more than we expected however we agreed because we were going to a foreign country and unfamiliar with the surroundings. The shuttle service was going to be door to door which was very comforting. The day before we were to leave Shuttle Direct informed us that the service would cost an additional $472.00 euros and if we didn't pay they could not provide the service. We consider this holding us hostage but there was nothing else we could do about this given the late notice of increase.

Extra gebuchtes und bezahltes Surfgepäck, das auch auf dem Voucher aufgelistet ist, konnte dann doch nicht mitgenommen werden, obwohl ich das kleinstmögliche Surfbrett habe, dass es gibt. Das erfährt man dann kurz vor Abflug und nicht bereits kurz nach der Buchung. So wird man unter Druck gesetzt auf das dreimal so teure Paket umzubuchen. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten sich auf diese Firma einzulassen.

I choosed the timeline on the website for going to the airport, I paid, I received a confirmation and few days later the confirmation say the bus will be earlier than 1h15 so I would like to cancel it and it wasn’t possible? So we didn’t took it and I loose money!
