On our return to the airport from the hotel, they just called an Uber who was both late and had been told the wrong terminal at Barajas. The driver was left confused and irate, and we arrived quite a bit later than promised. Forget this service and just grab a taxi or Uber.

Pick up at airport was ok once we found the stand which was not obvious. The driver then dropped us at Beverly hills Suites instead of Beverly Hills Heights dispie me telling him several times we needed Heights. By the time we found out it was the wrong place the driver was gone so we had to Push 4 Suitcases up hill for about 1/4 of a mile to get to the correct place. The driver would have had to pass the Beverley Hills Heights after he dropped us as it was a one way system. We were not amused!!! we rang the local agent to complain but they were not interested. We were picked ep at the correct place for our return but very early 9$.5 hours before our flight.

The transfer from Budapest airport to our hotel in Budapest was fine but our return transfer did not happen. The company responsible (Fox Transfer) did not show up at the agreed time of 10.15 am and after contacting them I was told that they thought that they had to pick me up at 12.35pm (my flight time). I was informed that I would have to get a taxi and that I would receive a refund. Poor service.

Aeropuerto - Benidorm todo correcto, el retorno al aeropuerto de Alicante nos suspendisteis el viaje nos tuvimos que buscar la vida, un taxi 80 euros fue la solución

Booked a taxi to meet us and to be parked out side was told he would be holding a board with our name on it. This was not the case we had to follow someone to an upstairs parking for minibuses which was horrible. Due to back issues I couldn't keep up and lagged behind in agony. We did get a minibus to ourselves but the whole point was to be in a taxi outside with no issues. I was in agony for 2 days of our weeks holiday.

We arrived at the airport and received friendly service and guidance on where to find our bus to our destination. We set off and it turned out that the driver was driving fast, really fast. He drove close to the cars in front and overtook at every opportunity. We came south and the passengers gradually had to get off at their respective hotels. Here the driver raced around the many roundabouts and you could hear how the luggage lay and slid back and forth. We even had to hold on tight to not fall out of the seats. When we finally arrived at our hotel, the luggage was thrown around in the luggage room. A driver from hell. We had booked a return trip with Shuttle Direct, but have chosen to cancel and find another means of transport. We simply do not dare to drive with Shuttle Direct again :-(

Je n’ai reçu aucun communication concernant mon trajet du retour. C’est moi qui ai dû contacter Shutle Express pour connecter l’heure de mon transfert De plus le bus n’est pas arrivé à l’heure prévu et il a fallu que j’appelle pour que l’on m’envoie le chauffeur Inadmissible

When we arrived in Madrid, Spain, the representative for the shuttle driver company (apparently a local company contracted to provide the shuttle service) refused to send a drive to the airport to pick us up because our flight had been delayed. The representative of the company in Madrid claimed that they had tried to send us text messages and telephone calls, but there was no evidence of those claimed messages or calls on our phones. The real reason appeared to be that there was a special event (La Vueltas) that made the trip a bit more complicated. We hired a taxi at extra expense to take us near our hotel (the Veultas made it difficult to get exactly to our hotel). The arrival was essentially a disaster. The trip to the airport for the return flight was very good.

On landing in Lanzarote on time your driver wasnt there we tried to contact you without success and ended up taking a taxi to apartments

We hebben bij aankomst op het vliegveld niemand gezien van shuttledirect. Hebben moeten bellen of ze ons konden ophalen, hetgeen meer als een uur wachten kostte. Kortom dit zijn we niet gewend van shuttedirect

Very reliable for pick up at airport, and return. However our shuttle bus was involved in a crash en route to Playa Blanca, and while it wasn't serious and nobody was hurt, I was disappointed that the company did not bother to reach out to us at any time after the incident ro check.that we were okay, and that our holiday hadn't been affected by it. Poor customer service, i will not use them again.

The driver seemed not to be updated with geografie of Puerto de la Cruz. He seemed to be searching for the adresses to every hotel. He used more or less 45 minutes to find 6-7 adresses! From the start from the airport to the last adress in de la Cruz, it took 2 hours!! In the future, I will probebly use amother transporter. I hope that the transport from de la Cruz to the airport will be executed in a more professional way! Best regards Claes Hallgren

Driver was in time that’s positive. The man smell very bad we all were in this smell all the time. He was driving like crasy brake gas brake gas and it seems like sometimes he started to fall a sleep a little bit. We will never go in the car with this driver again.

Our order was cancelled the day before. A nice e-mail from the office tell us it's cancelled, but we have problem to go to our hotel without the ordern taxi.
