“Do not purchase from Sports Braces, they have no genuine care or concern for their customers, as you'll also see from other reviews here. I requested a return and refund within a few days of purchasing an item which did not fit and they refused to accept a return for refund. Their terms and conditions in regards to returns are totally unreasonable, their only concern is getting your money and keeping it, regardless of the customers satisfaction or concern.
Regardless of the Terms and Conditions, it is extremely unreasonable that they would not accept the return of an item, that in nature, may not be suitable or a proper fit for all. This shows that the company has no genuine concern for their customer care or satisfaction.
The fact that Sports Braces terms state "sizing error" and "not suitable" as reasons for not accepting a return, proves that they are aware that their products will not be right for some customers, but that Sports Braces are still not willing to ensure that the customer has the right product for their needs or that they are happy with their purchase.
They stated that the "Terms and Conditions do not permit a return for refund", however this is incorrect since the Terms and Conditions state that "5.4 Any refunds (at the sellers discretion) will be refunded", therefore they are proactively choosing not to accept the refund, which considering the still new condition of the item, the reason for return and return within 7 days of receiving, is again extremely unreasonable and poor business conduct.
After explaining the above to Sports Braces, they stopped responding.”

I rang after receiving the bars and made an enquiry as to why it the description on each colour was different
The lady I spoke to was not helpful at all and didn't want to know, very disappointed and will not purchase again”

“This is a terrible product. It’s not adjustable by level so why would anyone buy it? No wonder it’s on sale.
Unfortunately for me I didn’t read all their terms and conditions (however on purchasing I do not recall it saying that it couldn’t be adjusted). The product was not suitable and they sent me a very curt email back saying no refund wouldn’t be given. I would have appreciated them providing an alternative solution such as a credit note or alternative product; but that wasn’t even an option based on the email they sent me. Not an ideal position to be in when dealing with a significant injury…
My advice. Don’t order this product or from this company. Wish I had read the other reviews on them before I purchased.”
“I ordered the sling after having rotator cuff surgery. The sling was not a supportive and requires, too large and did not help at all. I tried to return the sling however Sportsbraces refused and were extremely unhelpful providing terrible customer service. I would not recommend Sportsbraces as a company and this sling does not provide efficient support.”

“I purchased a very expensive brace from this company and it was too painful to use on an alternative shoulder. The box arrived without any instructions whatsoever. There were many pieces of Velcro and neither my husband or daughter could work out how to properly put it together.
I contacted the company asking if I could return it and the reply from David was curt and simple. I could not return the item and should not attempt to do so.
I would never purchase from a company with a no return or exchange policy. This brace sling was $300. It remains in the box unused.

The product may be top rate but the company falls abysmally short. I ordered my moon boot on 7 May 2023 for an ankle fracture but have yet to receive it. The website promises Australia-wide delivery within 4 - 5 business days but the boot is nowhere in sight. My repeated emails were finally met with a curt reply - my item had been shipped on 8 May 2023 and would take 5 business days to arrive - a restatement of what I already knew. I was also told, " if you [no] longer require the item simply send it back to us when it arrives". My immediate inquiry about a full refund has so far met with silence. The courier company, meanwhile, says to expect delivery between 17 and 22 May 2023, which is about TEN business days, not FIVE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE NSW. THEY DO NOT CARE TO ATTEND TO ANY SERVICE ISSUE YOU MAY EXPERIENCE. TRY OTHER CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY SELLERS.”
“I ordered this back brace on the 28th of April it is now the 12th of May and I still don't have it. maybe ask when I get it. your website said 4-5 days and this is a long way off the advertised time.”
