If I could give no stars I would. Booked a collection cost over £100. The day of collection stayed in all day nobody came. Rang interparcel, very apologetic rebooked collection. I wanted to make a complaint so rang Tufnells direct. Waited 45mins for call to be answered, only to be told they don’t deal with interparcel and didn’t know what I was talking about. Asked to speak to manager, no they won’t speak to you. I did get angry but who wouldn’t. Anyway spoke to interparcel again, called answered in minutes. They definitely do deal with Tufnells otherwise they wouldn’t sell their services, they tried ringing Tufnells, waited 10mins, no answer. Still waiting for collection tomorrow. Let’s hope it happens.

Terrible! My goods were damaged and then stolen. After chasing them up for 4 weeks I am due to receive £25 compensation for the £300 of goods stolen by them. Shameful. Tuffnells were contracted by Interparcel to deliver my parcels, but stole them instead.

Tracking non-existent. Did not deliver. Lost, stole/damaged item. Damaged reputation of seller: Outsunny. Ebay refunded me on basis that seller could not convince them that they had evidence of a viable tracking system. Any buyers out there, check with your supplier if they plan to use Tuffnells. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY AT RISK.

I arranged three seperate days for Tuffnells to pick up a bike box. They did not turn up on any of these days and did not inform me that they would not turn up. When questioned, they responded 'The driver ran out of time'. What a crappy outfit. I hope they go bust

Booked for an express business package to be delivered a week ago. The package still has not been delivered. I've had to call every day for a week to get collection and query delivery. I'm now out of pocket as the customer I have sent it to needs to be refunded. Will not be using this company again.

Mobility scooter ..one driver heavy box never update the tracking says driver is not allowed to call you..but he did ...but we thought it was all on line because of there blurb...the driver never even came to the door call my landline...I was waiting downstairs ..finally found unknown number...on phone called ..he said he call to see if anyone was in to help him lift...ha an elderly man and an elderly woman..surely mobility scooter says vulnerable....not to the lazy rude driver...so the beloved scooter is back at depo and is coming back tomorrow...he didn’t even have a trolly in his truck . And they broke the rule of phone call no answer message either...don’t use this company you will have problems

Have has a couple of things delivered to Kemnay Aberdeen by the same driver and he was amazing , carried heavy stuff all through the back garden , first class employee

i have now been waiting for a delivery form a firm, when you phone them they tell you that you should not be calling them they are rude and incompetent. i have to contact the firm i ordered from for any kind of update. Told definitely they were going to deliver on this date no show.. then no show again as they ran out of time to deliver. I would not recommend them to anyone they are totally useless

I ve been waiting a total of 3 weeks for my goods.firstly only one part of my parcel came other package was lost then eventually returned to supplier damage .replacement as been out for delivery for 11 days .there is apparently a huge backlog at the Bristol depot.won t speak to me on the phone or answer suppliers email.terrible service

absoluty disgusting delivery driver through a heavy 5m by 5m carpet on my driveway I told the driver I had just come home a week before from a back operation could he please place in hallway but ignored me and left me struggling trying to get the carpet in myself causing me more damage to my back if never met anyone so horrible in my life

Failed to deliver. Eventually got through to a guy in local depot who denied all knowledge of my parcel despite me quoting correctly all numbers of despatch order etc and the Tufnells website track and trace saying it had been consigned. Tufnells told me to refer to Sender. I did and a woman there told me that Tufnells had not updated their system and that she had that day been inundated with enquiries similar to mine. One day of my life wasted - I do not forgive the company, still less do I forgive the lying git at Tuffnells who i spoke with. In future I shall never do business with a company that uses Tufnells, and as for them...

Horrendous. Absolutely horrendous on every level. Had a load which was due to be delivered on 15th June only to be told that they'd not loaded half of the load on to their lorry. It was then supposed to be delivered on the 16th June and again, it never appeared. Now on the 17th, I still don't know where my delivery is because they wont answer the phone, they wont respond to messages sent and I even resorted to Tweeting them which again, when un-responded to. This missing delivery has cost us around £700.00 in labour costs and hotel costs which we wont get back. Their lack of customer service is shocking and if I could give them a -10 review, that still wouldn't be low enough. To continuously hear "Your call is important to us" when you've been on hold for over an hour throughout the day, is laughable. They also cut you off after being on hold for over half an hour...

Did not receive parcel at all after 3 days ,this is not a one off the last time they damaged the parcel and it had to go back it is is impossible to speak to them you would have more chance speaking with the queen ,these people are bad news check out you tube and see your parcels getting thrown into a van off the wagon no one is catching them ! this is what you call job satisfaction!!

2 of 3 parcels dropped off one was damaged with the box wide open. Driver said "depo was chaos and was surprised they could find anything in there". Waited for delivery, 3 days passed and no delivery so company had to resend item on next day service, that was 5 days ago, they lied and said a card was left on the 14th but someone is always home (and no card), then they said it was out for delivery 15th, it didn't turn up on the 15th but then the tracking states it was delivered on the 14th. Company now re-chasing. The item isn't small by any means so it's unusual that it could first go missing then the 2nd time lied about the delivery, I asked if they had any proof of delivery or a card being left, of course they don't. Are they stealing the shipments?

This is probably the worst company i have ever had to deal with Driver couldn't find address yet i have had hundreds of deliveries sent to same address, then they lost the package, was given a tracking number only to discover the number didn't exist. i cannot stress strongly enough to never use this courier company.

Tracking is totally non existent, can't tell wether parcel has been collected or scanned at any depot and just keep being told , the system will update tomo

This must be the worst courier company in UK, had a van bulkhead collected over a month ago, first stated item not collected but sent office a photo of the collection note, a week later, no trace of item, complained, next day it states item out for delivery, never arrived and another week, stated unfortunately item located, eh ? and still no sign of anything, tried contact, no reply. Stay clear of them.

I will be reporting my issue with this company to the police! I am utterly appalled at the service, attitude and seemingly total lack of competence of this company and their basic acceptance of their company's issues without any sign of them rectifying the problem or even caring. :-/

Tracking does not work, no phone numbers work. Why on earth would anyone use this firm.
