“I would not reorder. Although the items appear to ship from the US, the return policy is strict and manual, and you have to return to the UK, which is cost-prohibitive.”
“Hi, I’m happy with the jumper I received , having bought two in different sizes I needed to return the other, this proved to be difficult having to print a form and attach a label and then pay for postage. Really makes me not want to purchase from you again.”
“Great looking clothes. Turned out the sizes I ordered where to small for me. I would love to return the trousers and get a size bigger but it is to expensive shipping from Norway to the UK. Also dealing with customs when returning is a bit to much work.”
“Purchased 3 items, two shirts are excellent and well made. I did want them both in size L but one was out of stock for a long time. I have also purchased a pair of trousers which need refunding, they are not well made for the price and seem cheap with threads sticking out. Additionally, the refund process is the most painful backwards process ive gone through in a long time. This is something that needs to be looked at, I appricate bound is a new small buisness but others in this catagory have a returns process that suitable for 2024.”
“The style and quality of the clothes are great, but your returns process is archaic. No simple online system to do returns, despite you using Shopify. You ask customers to print out a return slip (who has a printer at home) because you don’t include them in the bag with the goods. Generally, I have to buy multiple sizes to try them on as every garment is different, and it’s frustrating to receive store credit for sale item purchases.”
“I love the designs and the fit of your pieces. But I was really disappointet with quality level of the Cuban shirts. In this price class I expect something more and better, not 98% Polyester which will smell and fade out and stuff.”

“I emailed to ask when an item might be back in stock. I got a reply saying they didn’t know but suggesting an alternative which I ordered. I had a confirmation but was told about a week later that the alternative wasn’t in stock after all either so I asked for a refund. A week or so later, I had two emails on the same day - one suggesting a credit voucher, the other telling me my order had been despatched. I was on holiday at the time, the parcel was left on my doorstep but luckily picked up by a kind neighbour. I replied to the credit note email saying what is going on but have so far had no reply. I wasn’t going to write a review as reluctant to leave bad ones but they keep asking! Having said all this, my son does like their clothes.”
