I wish i could give minus 1 in fact minus 10 the worst delivery company i have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. So i book my delivery slot for Friday 11th and get this email telling me when my goods will be delivered and then suprise suprise 1 and a half hours after the delivery time i get an automated email saying they have been unable to deliver LIARS. I was in they did not even bother to deliver. so then they tell me they are going to deliver on the 12th the next day and again they have not delivered not that i expected this useless company to deliver. They will send me an automated email saying they have tried to deliver LIars yet again. I am going to cancel my order over £200 as i am not wasting my time waiting for a non assistant delivery. I would never choose to use them however the company i bought of did big mistake massive mistake. my star rating Minus 10

I had booked the delivery on a Saturday. On the day of the delivery at a certain point on the tracker appeared they could not deliver the parcel. From their customer service they said my home address was considered by them as a business address and they do not deliver to business on a Saturday. They said that I could not change it only the retailer could

TRAGIC! Delivery drives lazy and rude. Customer advisors don’t speak English. Ridiculous!

I would use no stars if I could, never on time and even when I have waited at work until 8:30pm following their tracking go to the end of the street and then not even attempt to deliver. They are always full of poor excuses . I'm not sure where they find their drivers from because they are genuinely useless and their customer care is no better . Avoid them at all costs the absolute joke of a company

Worst company ever. Delivered my parcel to some random place, didn't recognise the area on the photo given. Kept getting put off by customer service saying they were 'investigating' and would email me when resolved. Never heard back from them despite me chasing them up on it. Waste of space, absolutely useless!!!!

Yodel decided that it would be a great idea to dump all the parcels for my close in my porch and I wasn't even in. Being the honest neighbour I did yodels job for them went and delivered the parcels that they couldn't be bothered to deliver.

Yodel are liars App said parcel was in the depot. I was assured it would be delivered after numerous web chats on the app. In the space of one minute the status changed from loading on van then to sorry we missed you and have left a card. No card was left nor was any attempt made to delivery. I was in all day and the video door bell would have recorded it. They are liars. Let’s hope it arrives today. Unfortunately it’s another day off work as needs to be signed for 🤬🤬🤬

Genuinely the worst delivery company out there. A logistics company that's no good at logistics. Parcel was meant to be delivered on Saturday. On midday they contact us to say we need to get in touch as they need more information about the address. We try several times but it says no one is available, can't even get put in a queue to speak to someone so have to wait until Monday. We contact them on Monday first thing and ask what additional info they need and they say they don't need anything else. They can't reschedule the delivery for the same day as they don't have it (??), so they book it in for Tuesday. On Tuesday morning we contact them again to confirm that the parcel will definitely be delivered that day. They are absolutely certain it will. Come Tuesday evening, and still no parcel. So contact them again and guess what they say they need more information again! We also what information they need and they then say they actually have everything already. What?! Delayed twice now for the same reason of needing more information when they did not actually need more information. They book it in for Wednesday (tomorrow at the time of writing) but I have no hope for it considering we keep recurring the same events. At this point, I contact the sender and ask them to chase because it's been ridiculous. We have to sign for the parcel so we've been waiting around. The sender manages to speak to yodel and after being told the delay was due to protests (there are no local protests here, so they're just making excuses) they commit to delivering on the same evening (Tuesday) as they deliver up until 9pm. That was obviously just a ploy to get rid of them as there has not been delivery. Still waiting, spent 2 days waiting for the parcel. Been lied to again and again. This parcel is my router for my broadband so I'm writing in a house, where I'm meant to be working from home but can't as I have no internet and will now be waiting unable to work for a 3rd day.

"Couldn't find the property" when no courier or in fact person has ever struggled, then refused to refund any of delivery costs. Customer services webchat were slow to respond and avoided clearly answering any questions

Two days on the trot, the lazy driver never bothered to deliver my parcel. Even though my address is easy to find, and each day tracking shows him within a mile

Yodel do not deliver parcels. They deliver hassle! Best not to order from Companies who use them. That way this cowboy business will cease trading

ive given one star and im being generous as zero or minus wasnt an option, customer service has to be one of the worst ive ever come accross, i kept getting the same response 'contact the seller' the seller said you morons have it constantly repeating myself constantly getting the same useless repetitive answer 'contact the seller' twice my chat was ended oh and i still havnt got my parcel the seller will eventually have to refund me and they will chase yodel for the cash, why do sellers use this company? delivery drivers are rude customer service dont serve the customer absolutely disgusted

The courier never delivered my parcel suspected he stole it after breaking my external meter box to have allegedly left my parcel inside and left a fake card. Despite numerous complaints to management they colluded with the theft. Disgusting avoid them like plague!

The two only shops that you can drop parcels off, are full. So I had to cancel the orders for customers.

Yodel collected parcel from the seller. It got as far as their local depot then they lost it. Very difficult to deal with their customer services. Didn't appear to make much effort to find my lost package. Seller has now got the hassle of trying to get a refund from Yodel. Pity I can't give them zero stars rating.

Each day the parcel goes out for delivery there are well over a hundred parcels to be delivered and they constantly put me as one of the last deliveries so it never gets delivered. Useless company won’t be ordering from this company again while they use Yodel for deliveries!

Was told driver called and left card, no card no call did not turn up. Put in complaint did not deal with driver or contact driver to tell them to make the delivery seems drivers can do what they please. Rubbish service rubbish customer service advisors and no resolves

Hopeless company. Tracking says parcel delivered to safe place front porch.I do not have a front porch. Checked neighbours,outside & nothing. No point phoning as when you type in tracking it tells you parcel has been delivered. Web chat is hopeless as they can only tell you what tracking says. Will be avoiding this company
