Yodel delivered a parcel I bought on Ebay under another parcel supposed to be delivered same day mixed up parcel numbers worst company ever can't reach them on phone avoid at all costs

Parcel shown as delivered a week ago but never arrived. No communication from anyone. After days of chasing up, advised they had actually delivered to another address to an unknown person. Their solution is to go to that persons house and ask if they still have the parcel and attempt to redeliver correctly. Avoid.

They delivered a package in the most worst state, box crushed and the Tun house was inside was all torn and crushed like if someone sit on it or kick it for some minutes, terrible! They knew it was their fault so they decided to leave in the middle i of my stairs and not knocking the door! When I wet to the web page to complain, there is a note that I have to contact the sender so it can send me another item🤣 So they don’t care about their faults! Don’t use it, it needs to disappear. Very bad service, the worst!

I am disabled, confined to a wheelchair or false leg. Therefore I rely on having items deliver to my home. This company has shown itself to be thoughtless, arrogant, negligent and with a total lack of interest for the impact of their behaviour. Their driver left a heavy package on my doorstep underneath a notice stating I am disabled and to place all deliveries in the garage. Such notices mean nothing to this company, they have a policy of ignoring them, arrogantly thinking they do not apply to them. If I had not seen the package, I would have fallen over it. As it is I had to get a neighbour to move it. It was left in full view of the road, and exposed to rain. Despite writing to them, they maintain their arrogant, selfish attitude that they ignore messages on front doors. The responses I received from them were again arrogant, and also dismissive. Clearly they do not care one jot about the implications of their actions. They refuse my demand to make a charity donation of ÂŁ200 as means of an apology, and also refused to update their systems to ensure all future deliveries were placed where the notice states to place them. I have all the patronising emails, the company just farmed it to their overseas "support", who do not do a thing, just write the same mails again and again. I also have a video of the driver reading the notice, then just dumping the heavy package on the doorstep. I cannot now buy anything that uses this dreadful outfit, it is going to be left where i' cannot move it or collect it. Every other delivery company reads the notice and does what it asks, not this lot. Disgusting company run by disgraceful people.

Absolute shambles of a company parcel was given time slot for Sunday did not arrive had email saying will deliver Monday. No sign. Tracking said wednesday lmao. Live chat said it would be today by 9pm but still not been picked up yet at 5pm. Not holding my breath bl***y useless. Will be contacting the company to review their delivery company

My parcel never came due to me missing house number so I called help centre for over a week I tracked I have contact number to help driver I cauld not have done more time and time again lied to my bloody parcel is on its way back to china with all the technology we have these days what is going on at yodel must have tin cans with string I am discusted

No good at all. I leave this review at the start of the delivery service which as I say is not good at all when I am still waiting for this delivery to take place. 2 hour window came and went, tracking still tells me the delivery window and also says I am the next delivery, which is only a couple of minutes from my own address. The website is telling me where the driver is, which I am guessing is the drivers home as they have been too lazy to do any more deliveries... and has been there for several hours... surely telling me the drivers location is a privacy concern for either the driver or yodel? Anywho they clearly don't care as they will be paying bottom dollar per delivery therefore the driver won't care either. Well done Yodel, why do companies want you to deliver their products when there are so many low reviews thanks to you and your service? You are the new Hermes/Evri, which is a very low place to be seen as they were very bad already.

Just about everything. They have lost three of my parcels; they do not reply to "live chat": they are just totally and utterly unreliable, and I try to avoid them like the plague; but sometimes I get cheated by a seller, who might say that the parcel will be sent by Royal Mail and then switch to the terrible "Yodel" instead without telling me. I know then that the next nightmare delivery will begin......................

Driver lied and said we were closed twice then yodel returned to depot to collect in person - Webchat is full of people who dont understand the remit Then A manager told me it was sorted and would be redelivered but two days later I was told it would not be - Place is full of liars I have saved ALL the web transcipts but YODEL are useless

Absolutely appaling service. Ordered a piece of furniture I needed quickly from Ebay, the delivery time was great. Waited for the parcel, looked at the tracking daily, said it was in the depot waiting for a driver, this was the same every day updated the same. A month later it was out for delivery, however I had already contacted the seller and they sent via DPD (great company). I rang Yodel to cancel the parcel gave them the tracking number. Was also expecting another parcel which again I needed quickly, was over a day late but I can accept that, cancelled the furniture, asked them to expedite the other. Next thing the furniture has arrived and the other item is on its way back as a return!! This isn't the only experience, in this area we never have on time deliveries at all from Yodel, always delayed. Yet DPD can deliver daily. Step up your game Yodel, your service is absolutely terrible

I would give 0 stars feedback for this appallingly incompetent company if I could. Earlier this November Yodel delivered my parcel to the wrong address. On their live chat I was told it was "delivered to your safe place: Front porch." I do not have a front porch and did not consent for the parcel to be left in a safe space. I repeatedly asked for a photo of the delivery but was ignored. (I do not want to download the Yodel app as I do not trust anything to do with this company.) I was later told in an e-mail that the driver pressed the buzzer but got no reply (I was there at the time and no-one pressed my buzzer), "so used the trade buzzer and left the parcel by the stairs on the ground floor." This is contradictory to their first excuse, and there is no "trade buzzer" at this address. In a later live chat I gave Yodel the precise location of my front door so no more parcels would go missing, and I was told "I will pass this on to the team from my end." And "I have raised the issue with the depot it will be feedback to the driver to make sure, such an instance would not happen again." But later this November Yodel delivered another parcel to the wrong address again, this time to a seemingly different one. The Yodel website says it was "delivered through your letterbox," but my front door does not have a letterbox. The live chat then told me that the parcel was "marked as delivered to Posted," whatever that means. Yodel are Customer Abusers. It should be shut down and its owners never allowed to run a courier company again.

Hopeless. 18 days at final delivery station (Selby). Numerous web chats. Always 'check back in 24 hours'. Check back a day later, same message. 'Its out for delivery'- wait in all day, no delivery. Contact again and 'it's lost in depot, we'll conduct a search'. How can a delivery company lose so many parcels? I suspect that this company is allowing it's employees to commit wholesale theft of goods. I intend to report my item as stolen and see what happens. Another fifty quid down the swannee with no hope of recovery. This company and all its employees stinks of corruption.

Driver did not leave note. Contacted customers service that driver did not leave card. Customer service asked me to bring card which driver never left when collecting otherwise collection not possible and parcel gets returned to sender. Yodel driver did not knock or rand doorbell. Bad delivery company, bad delivery driver and horrible customer service

Parcel was due to be delivered, but couldn’t due to “bad weather”… It was slightly cold. The chat team said give it to 9pm but obviously it wasn’t delivered. Next day, haven’t heard an update, parcel says it’s at the depot but again, customer service said give it to 9pm again and no surprise, nothing arrived. Judging by other reviews, I’m in for a long wait.

The only reason I give 1 star is because I can't do zero stars. Rubbish customer support, I'm waiting 10 days for a parcel that I've not received and the tracking says expected on Saturday 16/11 while it is 19/11.
