didnt deliver, watched tracking all the way to my street, didnt come the door...joke of a customers service which only from chat online

Ordered two large parcels that were shipped by Yodel and due to be delivered to my 3rd floor flat today. Neighbour calls and tells me there are 2 parcels outside the main door for me. They never buzzed my flat or even left a card. They dumped and ran. Goods were also damaged and now I have to get a replacement. Lazy and incompetent bunch of useless dotards. I dread it when I get confirmation that any goods are delivered by Yodel.

waited in for 2 days now only to go on Yodel site and find message not able to deliver today, last parcel was not received and still not delivered absolutely useless did used to be reliable but NOT ANYMORE

Absolutely useless - could n't deliver ?? no other courier has a problem - failed to contact me by text or email or phone - now i am supposed to go to Farnborough which is 20 miles away to pick up some under wear. Beyond useless. cannot get hold of Yodel - their agents are busy - clearly not delivering packages

Driver couldn’t find our address on sat nav Not communication. I’ve spent hours trying to live chat/call only to get nowhere I really hope I never have to deal with this useless unreliable company again Customer service is everything Sort it out

Absolutely useless- - numerous excuses why they could not deliver. Depot 20 miles away so collecting not an option. And why should I they had been paid to deliver- Fobbed off all the time- basically they could not be bothered - tracking useless. Eventually cancelled the delivery and got a refund - would not recommend them and in future will not deal with any retailer who uses them -

I would rather businesses attempted to send me goods via a chimpanzee armed with a compass, they would be more successful then these clowns. That dreaded moment you realise that the item you ordered is being delivered or rather not delivered by this sham outfit. You're in all day then the tracking suddenly says delivered. Odd nobody knocked. So you check the doorstep nope, letterbox, hallway, randomly out on the street and still no. So off goes a complaint to the vendor won't bother complaining to Yodel its as futile as explaining advanced mathematics to a dung beetle. To all sales businesses for pity's sake please stop using this awful service.

When parcel didn't arrive as expected I tracked it and it was at the Leeds depot saying 'we need some more information about your address'. I contacted customer service who told me they needed my address, which I supplied on the phone. Same thing happened again, parcel returned to depot saying that driver was unable to find address. I rang customer services again, telling them we live on a main road, we are on google maps. This call was difficult because the background noise at the call centre was bedlam. People laughing and cheering with each other, yet I had had to wait to speak to an advisor because Yodel was supposedly very busy. I could have made more sense having a conversation with my dog! I had to repeat my phone number three times because operator got it hopelessly wrong each time I relayed it to her and asked her to read it back (Yet when I rang Yodel on Sunday, my tracking number was automatically known from my telephone number when I got an automatic computer response) Human operator told me a delivery attempt had been made three times - absolute bull s**t. It seems I can trail all the way to the depot to collect the parcel! Yodel have been paid to deliver it to my door! In future, I will not be buying anything from anyone who uses Yodel's delivery service. I would not even award this company one star, but you have to give at least one star. Still have not received the parcel so it looks like I will have to claim a refund from the poor seller who trusted Yodel to fulfil its obligation. Maybe sellers will have to think twice before using Yodel again. Meanwhile there is a further similar message on tracking information informing me my parcel is at the Leeds Depot and I can 'chat' with Yodel.

Shocking service, even worse customer service. Delivery drivers aren’t able to locate a house so they just deliver it to a random one. Customer service agents just love to hang up on people and offer no support. Apparently my case has been escalated but when you keep getting hung up on, that’s yet to be seen. No info can be shared on where my parcel is. Whoever has it, I hope you’re enjoying it.

First time no delivery, no calling card. re-arranged no delivery (said delivered BUT IT WAS NOT) no card nothing. used chat online HUNG UP ON ME. NO. NEVER AGAIN. MOST USELESS COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD A DELIVERY WITH. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. WASTED MY TIME AND LOSS OF MONEY. HAVING TO RE-ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE JUST TO AVOID WHICH MEANS I AM EVEN MORE OUT OF POCKET.

I started following the tracking on my delivery 15 minutes from latest delivery time and I was next on the schedule. I continually logged on for 45 minutes with same status until suddenly it changed to driver had attempted delivery and was return parcel to depot. This is a lie on 2 counts 1) No delivery was attempted....I was in all day and 2) the parcel stated that a customer signature was not required so IF they had tried to deliver it would have been left not returned to depot. And there is no contact of when delivery would be retried.......I suspect this delivery has either been lost or 'acquired' ....this has to be the worst delivery company in existance

Does not deliver you package or dump it somewhere else. Lies about delivering it to the person who is on the package although that person doesnt even live there. They are the worse company ive ever dealt with. Package lost, money gone and Yodel does nothing. Cannot send proof of a picture they should make in your door. Just nothing.

Shameless liars who claimed they delivered a parcel they have not and whose customer service have spent 2 months pretending to be trying to resolve this but I have now found out having spoken to countless people have simply lied and lied. Never trust

The worst service ever. My parcel from Virgin Media was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday. But it still on it's.way on Wednesday next week. It is always said that it is delivered next day without any specific time window. I have to be at home for three days on row, but I have to go to work.

They are unable to delivery parcels, We have had three items that they did not deliver. DPD, FED EX, UPS, Parcel Force, Royal Mail and EVRI can all manage to deliver goods Why are Yodel so bad

Tracked my parcel to 2 stops away. I then got a message saying I needed to contact them to answer a query about my address. You cannot get through to speak to a human. Web chat eventually informed me that the driver could not find my property ! I live in an ordinary house in an unremarkable road. I have had a delivery from another company this morning who managed to find the house ! As I could not speak to Yodel I had to contact the company who I made the purchase from, who in turn had to liaise with the third party supplier who dispatched the parcel. Didn’t really get any resolution other than Yodel will try again tomorrow ! They now know the colour of my front door ! Why that is important I don’t know. Is it too much to expect a delivery person to read the door number. I have a lot of parcels delivered as well as occasional take away meals. Yodel are the only ones who cannot find my house. They really need to get their house in order. They are a complete disgrace.

Absolute garbage company. I can't recall them ever actually delivering any of my parcels either to the correct address or attempting delivery at all, yet it always says "delivered through letter box" even when it's to big to fit through any letter box.

Experience doesn't merit a star. Different messages each day re delivery but still no parcel delivered to me. Latest message today, Saturday, saying driver is experiencing a short delay, now 8.30pm. This is not service.

My parcel went ‘missing’ at preston depot. It was a limited edition collectible - haslab galactus and quite a big parcel. I believe it was stolen by a yodel employee at preston, as the cctv was conveniently not working on the day in question. Shocking service.
