Want a poor company would not trust them to take my rubbish to the dust bin, got the message to say they had my item at the Warrington branch and would deliver the next working day. next working day and no parcel went on there site only to be told no idea were the parcel was and now gone missing.its not the first time very poor company

Dreadful lying incompetent company. Took two days off work waiting on a parcel with a tracking number that was never actually on the van. Lies and emails stating they had tried to deliver and left a card. There was no attempt on both days, no card and my home cctv is working. Online chat was useless, in the end I had to get Virgin to call them and then I drove from Plymouth to Newton Abbot and collect the parcel myself on the 3rd day. If you don’t deliver what exactly do you do?. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Run for the hills and do not use this joke of a firm. They lie and cannot be trusted at all. The worst delivery company on earth. The negative feedback everywhere is the only honest thing they own. Shambles.

Dreadful, unreliable company. I got a message from Yodel informing me that my parcel arrived at the Middleton service Depot Manchester branch 2/3/22 at 04.46. I waited for days and never received my parcel. I also sent back a parcel from a designated collection shop, got my receipt and it said Yodel is my carrier, that was on 25/2/22. Today 12/3/22 Very the company have still not received the parcel and I have not had my refund. Very is now looking into it. Now I have had 2 problems in less than a couple of weeks apart. Makes me think what is going on at that depot, they are not to be trusted. I am now avoiding companies who use Yodel as there carries. Awful, untrustworthy company. AVOID

Failure to deliver, blank calling card, no tracking information, missing parcel. Advisors utterly useless, spend minutes waiting for no response. Say they'll look into it, but actually don't, just wait a minute and they'll just say go on the website. What are they actually paid for?!

Dreadful apparently couldn’t find building which is next to a large supermarket? Driver just couldn’t be bothered completely unacceptable. Web chat just repeat the same thing then 3 days later they admit they lost my delivery !! Avoid at all costs

I would give no stars if at all possible. Why suppliers use this rubbish firm is beyond me. Dpd, hermes even royal mail are way better YODEL is utter rubbish

Worst company ever lost the same parcel three times even tried to say it had been delivered. Webchat complete waste of Time. Cancelled order with company I was buying from in the end.

I have had 4 live chats and have been cut off twice. Havent received the parcel they say theyve delivered to my house. Cant get help anywhere. No phone to get in touch. What a firm

I think I am being stalked by one of their drivers. It appears every time I walk my did and drives around every street that I am walking. I am beginning to fear for my life.

Was told my parcel would be delivered between 16.40-18.40 9/3/2022. It then came up my delivery was delayed. I took time off work to be in the house, costing me money and time. There was no further update. The message still read the same a.m. 10/3/2022. Contacted their live chat. No apology, no explanation other than I will be informed when the driver leaves the depot with it. This company sums up the work ethic of this country which is absolutely useless.

how is this company still in bussiness! Terrible at least half my parcels sent or recieved by them have gone missing completely useless just don't bother. Pay a couple of quid more and use royal mail, parcel force etc.

Drivers are liars Received a notification with a 2hr window 40mins into the window. Was home anyway. Then got an email 20mins after saying I wasn't home and a calling card was left.... no card and no one came! Rebooked for following day, went on to track in the morning and see a note saying the "delivery was refused at the property". Spent almost 2hrs on webchat to no avail. When they sent me the geo location as proof that the driver came, it was the next block on the next road! Bunch of lying imbecils. Day 3 sitting waiting, have received no window of delivery and its now 11.30am. Worst delivery company ever!!!

Saying parcel was delivered Which it wasn’t Tried to contact yodel Can’t get to speak to human! Online “chat” only Now disappointed grandchildren no birthday present and I’m £50 out of pocket Saying it was delivered 4 days ago Still waiting Driver says he was in correct vicinity So where is his photo proof of delivery or a signature of recipient?

Yet again, another terrible service from Yodel. It actually grieves me that I have to give them at least 1 star review, as IMO they don't deserve even 1 star. Received tracking Weds am saying my delivery was due before 9pm & I was delivery #121 of 140. at around 7.45pm tracking was saying it was 15 drops away, however, it never turned up. At 9.30pm I tried to contact Yodel via their online chat, which kept saying, “All of our operators are currently busy, please try again in a few minutes”. So I tried a number of times, but kept getting the same message. Having later checked on Google, their online chat ends at 8pm, yet the message you get doesn’t say this, it tells you to try again. So I contacted Yodel first thing Thurs morning, but they could not tell me why my delivery didn’t turn up on Weds, but assured me it would definitely be with me sometime on Thurs. There was no tracking info. on my phone, but when I later checked on my lap top, Thurs evening, it said, 'Original Delivery date: Thurs 3rd' (but the original date was actually Weds 2nd), 'Estimated Delivery Date: Fri 4th'. So having spent a very long time chatting to Yodel on their online chat, Thurs evening, again they couldn’t tell me why my parcel didn’t turn up yet again, even though I was assured that morning it would be. They did say that it was removed from the van at 7.30pm Weds, even though tracking was saying it was 15 drops away at 7.45pm, Weds, but couldn’t say why it wasn’t even loaded on the van Thurs morning, despite me being told it wouldn’t definitely be with me on Thurs. They have now assured me I will definitely receive it on Fri, but I’m not confident it will turn up. I receive a lot of deliveries to my home & most delivery companies are pretty good. Thankfully I don’t receive many via Yodel, but whenever I do there’s nearly always an issue. Judging by the massive amount of extremely poor reviews they have, across a number of review platforms, it makes me wonder how they are still in business.

Cant believe this: I got a parcel partly opened delivered by Yodel today to my home address. Ordered item July 2021!!! I'd actually forgotten about it. Need to send this item back (John Lewis) - As wrong size. I'm so angry. There is no documentation in the parcel from John Lewis - I think it has been removed !!!!

Well done Yodel for ruining our sons birthday Ordered product with next day delivery Waited in all day just to get a message that they could not find our address (although they have delivered here before and are in a city) just spoke to agent who could understand how come he scanned parcel to be returned to depot when he was nowhere near our address Obviously had not even tried
