Four failed attempts to deliver over four days and still not received - appalling service. Order valued ÂŁ350 was out for delivery on 2nd January but still not received on 7th January. Similar packages received next day with no problem. Address is correct as per Royal Mail and located easily by every other courier used. Attempts to deliver have now been made on 5 days in a row. Eight attempts via Yodel Chatline to expedite the package have all proved useless and not helpful at all. No direct contact possible with Yodel but it appears that the chatline is very remote in S.Asia by the names given. Not the first time I have had problems with Yodel Norwich Depot. My advice - AVOID YODEL like the plague.

absolutely terrible 2 parcels from littlewoods at 2 separate times not delivered. Yodelsaid they were delivered and even said I signed which was a lie. Contact number for the driver wasn't a genuine number. A fraudulent scamming company. Yodel you are the worst courier service I have ever encountered. You should be struck off so nobody could use you.

2 parcel were not delivered within a week. Yodel said they were delivered but no proof of delivery. We have a video doorbell and no one attempted any deliveries so where are my parcels. Customer service web is a waste of time

According to your tracking and email my parcel was delivered yesterday at 11.30am. Strange that, as when I checked at 18:00 is was down as loaded, then on checking again approx 40 minutes later it states loaded at 05:00 and delivered 12:30. Working from home yesterday so in all day, definitely no delivery. Now having to work from home today as I have a funny feeling someone was cooking your delivery times from Alfreton. I wouldn't be complaining if you had aoologised and that delivery will be delayed. Appalling service standards.

Yodel left my parcel middle of nowhere! When I called the company they sent me the photo of other house(I have no idea whose house in that photo) and insisted they finish the investigation! They never check whether the photo actually shows the correct address!! Worst ever experience!! I only could get my parcel thanks to a lovely person who got my parcel accidentally and tracked down to my house.

The worst courier company ever. They don't even bother to come down to my property to deliver my item, instead they send you an email saying that I wasn't in and they have left me a card. I was home and sitting by the window and no one came to deliver my parcel. My bell is unbelievably loud so it is impossible for me not to hear. As soon as I receive the email saying that I wasn't in and a card was left, I rushed downstairs to check the letter box but nothing was there. This is not the first time it has happened so many times. I went online and asked for my item to be delivered to the nearest shop (they obviously can't lie and say that they have visited but they're won't in because it's a shop and there is a member of staff there) The item was due to be delivered on Tuesday but I received a week later. I will never order from very again as they use the worst courier company ever. Never again. Not recommended. Stay away.

I asked specifically for my parcel of 12 bottles of wine to be delivered to my apartment door and NOT to be left in the open, communal lobby. In the lobby there is a large sign at the entrance that tells delivery drivers not to leave parcels in the lobby. The Yodel driver put my parcel behind the sign. Absolutely ridiculous, and this could be the third time I've had poor, poor service from Yodel. I have written to two organisations pleading with them to stop using Yodel as their delivery firm. I would never, ever use them given the choice.

would leave no stars if possible, similar scenario to others on here, claimed parcel was delivered to a business which is 24/7 and of course it wasnt, bought via e bay, e bay cant help as tracking shows delivered, yodel put me back to the seller and the seller put me back to yodel. used yodel online chat and they basically just said i need to contact the seller and cut me off, i asked for an exact delivery time and a signature or any other from of evidence to prove delivery, nada, i would never use them

I am currently awaiting an enquiry result but basically I received an email stating my parcel had been delivered. I was out at the alleged time of delivery. Upon arrival there was no sign of it. Upon contacting Yodel I was told that it had been handed over to me at my address!!!! I wasn't there. They have either stolen it, lied or left it elsewhere but did not bother to leave a card to advise of its whereabouts. Have made a formal complaint. It is appalling the driver can state it was handed over to the named recipient when it was not.

I ordered a bottle from Paperchase on the 26th of December. On the 29th of December, they tried to make the first delivery. My family at home didn’t hear the door apparently (I was out) but I will give Yodel the benefit of the doubt and say they did come. They tried to come on the 30th. They apparently couldn’t find my block as the call robot told me later but the worst thing is, the driver “accidentally” logged the delivery as delivered! I then waited ages for a Webchat. He eventually responded but it was about as useful as a woolly hat in the Sahara! It’s the 1st of January, I can only hope it comes next week!

I sent a parcel to my father in a nursing home for christmas for next day delivery and 8 days later they admitted its most probably lost. What is really annoying is that the device may have given me a chance to communicate with him after months of no contact due to covid restrictions So today another 24hrs on yodel have found the parcel ( according to tracking ) and are returning to sender, even though they never attempted to deliver - very bizarre ) It's now 9 days and neither me or my father have the parcel which was supposed to be next day delivery So its now 13 days later and I still have no package, and no explanation from Yodel...will I ever get it back ?

Ordered 3 items from JD on 18th December delivery updated 21st out for delivery. Driver only had 4 stops before mine and never appeared. Tracking still showing out for delivery on 21st December. Total disgrace, Yodel you should be ashamed

Placed an order for a card reader on 10th Dec 2021. Heard nothing until I received an email from Yodel with a tracking number to say my parcel had been delivered at 10.43am on 23rd Dec. and had been "handed to the customer and signed for" despite me not being at home! I rang the call centre to be told the tracking number was incorrect and they gave me the correct tracking number. 29th Dec today, and so far no parcel delivered and no more information supplied....hopeless.

Ordered 2 parcels from same company for next day delivery. Both parcels got to the Llandudno depot at the same time but only one sent out. I received that a day late. According to the tracking the other is still in Llandudno. I’m not holding out any hope of ever getting the other parcel now. It seems an awful lot of parcels have gone missing over the last couple of months from this particular depot. I won’t be buying anything from any company that uses yodel as their courier in future.

Modern day dick Turpin lazy drivers who just lie said attempted delivery yet I have ring door bell and no one came tried web chat they called me a liar saying the driver was in vicinity and has evidence of attempted delivery I explained I can show them door bell evidence then blamed weather I live in same area as depot we had no bad weather they just cheats steal money yet no parcel

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This company is awful, I would be very ashamed if I worked for them. They have treated me and what looks like dozens of people poorly. We do not spend our well earned money for our parcels to be lost/stolen. I have waited in all day expecting my parcel and nothing! No tracking update no help from yodel webchat! Was told it was scanned at depot and that is was out for delivery, because I chased this before the 9pm cut off I was told very rudely to wait and see if it turns up! Why should I have to wait and see? I want to know where my parcel is? And I want to know why they can’t tell me the truth? I am absolutely gutted that i have wasted a whole day inside waiting for my parcel and now it looks like I will have to do the same tomorrow. Do not use Yodel. They are time wasters!

My package was delivered to the wrong address, they took a picture of it inside the lobby of the wrong building but because it's nearby YODEL said the geotag placed it as delivered successfully. I received no notification and was in touch with the seller within the 14 period but YODEL claimed no such enquiry had happened and therefore they would not help me. This leave me out of pocket, the seller can't / won't do anything and YODEL will not help me and even hung up on me when I tried to speak to them. YODEL, you are awful.
