Tracking says parcel delivered to neighbour. I was in at the time of delivery and so was my neighbour - not delivered to either of us. Have contacted Yodel numerous times on Live Chat - surprise, surprise - no-one ever connects to chat. It's now Saturday and ha! Not surprising, their call centre is not open weekends. Absolutely useless:(

Very bad delivery company, I did not receive any call / ring from the intercom that my parcel has been delivered. Driver left parcel at the common area, and when I went to collect my parcel after reading the proof of delivery email, it is no longer there. Customer service said that there is a proof of delivery picture so they cannot do anything about it and was asked to contact the seller.

Very useless and incompetent logistics. The customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. They are just there to chat, they get nothing done. Highly unprofessional and clueless customer service. I would rate 0 if the option was available. They have so much to learn from Evri

My parcel has been sitting in the 'delivery depot' for 5 days, apparently waiting for the next 'driver's round'. Still not got it. Their 'live chat' told two days ago that it would be delivered that day. However, yesterday's 'live chat' told it was going to be delivered today.....

I unfortunately have to deal with yodel as the majority of ebay sellers use their service. I had no choice in choosing my delivery method, to which I had to pray to God that my items I have ordered arrive on time. The tracking page said that my items have been picked up, but there has been no updates for 4 days straight. I can only blame the sellers for using such an abysmal delivery company when they could have just used royal mail or evri's economy service, they would at least arrrive on time and both are trustworthy. Their website says they are experiencing some delays but for what? Absolutely attrocious service, I will only hunt items from sellers who do not use yodel, even if it means paying a little extra. Please avoid yodel at all costs.

Absolutely useless. Won't let me go past putting delivery postcode in. Waste of my time from the worst courier company in the UK. Useless app for a useless outfit. Quite appropriate really.

Useless delivery company, driver leaves parcels outside to be stolen and says its been delivered to a secure location! Customer services do not help. I cannot understand why anyone would use them, they may be cheap but what's the point if they can't actually deliver your parcels?

Parcel delivered to the wrong address but tidal don’t want to know impossible to speak to a human the customer number asks for your tracking no then tells you it’s been delivered to our porch we haven’t got a porch our house is behind a large gate that they can’t access our house through total disrespect for their customers why an earth companies use this appalling courier service I do not know

I subscribed to Gousto and my first order went to the wrong address, second one arrived correctly and the third one has been delivered to a wrong address again. Got the email and photo seven hours after it was delivered to the wrong house so it was long gone. Thanks Yodel.

Didn’t deliver parcel, stated they had when I had ring door bell evidence the driver took it away with him, no complaints procedure just say contact sender - whose not at fault, dreadful service and couldn’t care less

Absolutely rubbish company. I still haven’t got my parcel 5 days after “attempted delivery” and numerous chats. The customer care(JOKE!) service line is a an absolute waste of time and a joke. You will NEVER speak to someone as the automated link me disconnects and directs you to chat who direct you to call I can’t even give ZERO stars. It would’ve been quicker to walk to the supplier abroad and collect it myself!! JOKE JOKE JOKE company!!!

Yodel online Customer Service (CS) chat are trained to fob off customers when for ominous reasons the tracking info ends at their Service Centre with false claims that "Your parcel has been delivered". In my two online chats I was given implausible reasons that my parcel has been delivered and I "should check with neighbours", despite the delivery address is a LOCAL STORE - over 60 miles away from their Service Centre. Both CS tried to exhaust and convolute the conversation in an almost identical manner. The second CS - after he run out of con ideas how to twist the factual information around into his favour - claimed that I had left the conversation despite he could see on his end my active typing. These con artists are obviously trained to cover up their delivery driver's producing false tracking information. I just can see that the more queries about the parcels whereabouts are fobbed off (Problem Solved) the higher the bonuses for these CS.

Terrible service. I've had emails to say my parcel was attempted to be delivered 3 times. On all of these occasions I was home, waiting and listening for the door. My doorbell is loud and my dog barks when someone walks past the house, let alone knocks on the door. I didn't even risk taking a shower during the delivery window. My door was never knocked, my doorbell was never rang. I have since spoken to my next door neighbours who said a yodel delivery was attempted to them that they refused as it wasn't for them. No calling card was posted through my door on any of these occasions, they now expect me to collect my parcel from Stoke-on-Trent depot when I live in Crewe and don't drive. Aside from that I shouldn't have to go out of my way to rectify the mistake of my delivery driver when I've made every effort to receive my parcel. I work part time and refused a shift so I could be home to collect it, I've now lost out on income as well as my own time. The parcel is important and needed for my wedding in 6 weeks time, yodel have caused me so much unnecessary stress with their unreliable service. I don't even have a calling card to show at the depot so I expect to have mither there as well. Really upset and frustrated with this service, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I've tried sorting it on the phone but was taken to an automated service that doesn't allow you to speak to a person or make a complaint. I've tried speaking to someone on live chats, that was like banging my head against a brick wall. Avoid at all cost.

Driver dropped the parcel on the for step and ran. Didn't bother to ring the bell. I happened to see him from the kitchen window. He had delivered the wrong parcel. I took the parcel to the address on the label a few streets away. They happened to be in and had luckily seen him deliver a parcel to a house a few door down from them and leave it on their door step. Luckily it was my parcel. Mine was perishable food items delivered for a celebration tea so if I hadn't managed to find it it would have ruined my celebration. If left for any time on the door step it would have been ruined. Sheer luck I found it in good time. Of course, you can't ring through to anyone on the weekend either. Rubbish service.

Parcel not delivered. Tracking stopped 4 days before delivery date. Contacted customer services who had no idea where it was but said it's not lost and will e mail me never had an e mail. Contacted again said the same thing and again no e mail. Contacted yet again update saying not dropped off by sender but could not explain why I had a tracking number and proof of sending. Contacted yet again had a different story again. Said I wish to complain told can only do by e mail and guest what never received any e mail. Finally told an investigation is under way but takes 14 days. Still unable to make a complaint about poor service and customer services making up various excuses Absolutely terrible stay clear.
