Warning!!!!! Yodel are a really poor courier company. If there was going to be an issue with any of my delivery's over Christmas I just knew it was going to be with them. The Royal Mail is on strike and I still managed to get my parcels. You go on there website and its rare if you manage to contact someone and if you do, my experince has been that they have been really nice but never really helped or been able to answer anything I've asked. In 2023 I'm going to try and not buy anything being delivered by Yodel.

Should.be zero stars.... constant lies on top ofnlies from the webcam guys. Told me there was a delay twice, 3rd time told label.issue and a manual search would be done... 4th contact told the same 5th contact told to.cotnact seller 6th contact they said it had be delivered..... now seller won't refund cause of these thick idiots.... so thanks my partner ls.xmas ruined as this was all his gifts from me..... pathetic company refused to help pawns you off woth excuses... no compensation nothing.

We had some flowers to be delivered to our mum , it’s the first Christmas without our dad who passed away in June . The flowers we’re ment to be delivered Wednesday, after several days of not being delivered we checked the status , due to the state of the parcel it’s not being delivered! As they took too long to deliver them obviously the flowers died ! So very dissatisfied, yodel is saying is we have to contact the florist !. We live in Canada & can’t just turn up with a bunch of flowers !!!

Absolutely effing useless - a product I've been receiving from the same supplier for 3 years they now can't find my address or deliver the parcel. I hope in 2023 they try to deliver themselves somewhere and are never seen again - just like my parcels.

Awful company pretending to care - having faked a delivery stating no one was in I checked CCTV. Strangely no one came to my door. The web chat lied to me stating the driver failed the delivery outside my door - when I pointed out the cctv she terminated the chat. Next employee agreed it was failed miles away? When I asked to complain that call ended too. On submitting a review I got contacted by the social media team then when they read my review they hid behind data protection… they had the audacity to send a link that doesn’t exist. I will refuse to use companies that sub contract yodel for their deliveries. Stay clear

SCAM they claimed to have delivered my parcel, no they haven't, no photo in anyone's door way,no calling card ,neighbours have not received my parcel, they have successfully stolen a pair of trainers, my daughters Christmas present, never ever use this firm,lying, incompetent thieves.

Yodel driver has left my parcel on the front porch whilst I’m away on holiday. Clearly visible on the door cam, leaving me potentially exposed to theft. Spoke to a completely useless customer service rep Zehra Hashmi stating there’s nothing they could do, although the delivery driver had delivered my parcel 5 mins prior. Awful people, avoid at all cost

Purchased item from Amazon company. They unfortunately used Yodel as the courier. Purchased on 27th November for delivery to my work. First time stolen, as I apparently collected from there warehouse, hundreds of miles from the delivery address. Contacted the supplier, who despatched a second one, again for the same delivery address. Got a delivery slot, nothing arrived. Yodel stated they tried to deliver the item at 17.18 (an hour after the two hour delivery slot) on Monday 12th December but missed us & left a card? My work is staffed till 17.45 and recieve upto twenty deliveries a day from various couriers...so that is obviously another lie. Contacted the suppliers get this delivery sorted out. Told I was getting a special delivery on 20th December...never put out for delivery. Supplier has now refunded the order, even though I told them I just want the item. Will now have a very disappointed son at Christmas. Don't know how they can get away with this. As for the Was your delivery on time option below, add an extra option that your delivery didn't even turn up!

Yodel delivered my parcel to a random address and although GPS confirms this, they haven't told the company I bought the item from. No remedy in five days. No phone number to speak to someone. Total nightmare of a company

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! The courier left my parcel at the distant end of my street despite me being home all day. The address was a 5 storey block of flats and they only provided me with a street number and no photo proof of delivery. Customer Service is virtually impossible to get in touch with.

Yodel left a parcel on my door step in the rain,the parcel wasn't even for this address. It's a whole different house number and name. I had to take the parcel to the address. What if I wasn't an honest person 🤔 that person would not have received their delivery. Worst delivery service I must say. How can you just drop something at someone's door step. The driver didn't even ring my door bell I just happened to come across it when I went to collect my amazon delivery.

Fifth day waiting for the parcel. Yodel claims that the courier didn't find anyone at my place while there are 2 people at home all the time. After the first contact with the Yodel help center, I was informed that my parcel would arrive the same day. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive. Contacted again and I got information that they had a problem with scanning the sticker with the data. They asked me about the contents of the package. I gave them 24 hours to deliver, after which I will report the theft to the police. Avoid Yodel if you can. I do not recommend this courier company. Today we have so much choice in courier companies that it should have gone bankrupt a long time ago with such services offered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YODEL.

When their tracking says 'OUT FOR DELIVERY ' you expect this to be, but once is not delivered is bad enough , twice is unacceptable, and the third 'OUT FOR DELIVERY' is unforgiving, it's just an awful service, I'm waiting for a talktalk modem router to be delivered, I'm using my phone to send this as my modem has konked out, Talktalk needs to replace there delivery service, as Yodel has for a long time now lost the plot, there no good, unreliable, not trusted, just pack your bags and go!!!!!. Customers in the Uk really expect more.

Theft ? or just truly incompetent, dishonest company The delivery that never happened,waited in and watched on cctv system for delivery to turn up, i then get a update it was delivered, well i didnt get it, contacted yodel, they say i got it and kevin the customer signed for it, well im the customer and i dont know a kevin, checked my cctv and found a van at the time delivering in the street behind my street at the time but dont know what house he went to, explaned all this to yodel, they still say it was delivered to me, so i ask for POD, they say a picture of delivery "POD" on there web site, so i look, picture is of my neighbour take in a parcel for me on 29th september, but no picture of delivery yesterday so i point this out to web chat guy and he cuts me off and does a runner, so i have cctv showing no one came to my door at the time when they say they delivered it and try to prove it was delivered with a picture from 29th september, you cant make it up, a truly incompetent, dishonest company.

Never had an issue before, however this time iv been waiting for a winter coat I desperately need since 8th Dec. It’s at my local depot in Devon ‘waiting for next available driver’ however iv seen them delivering daily and never an update on my parcel! Checked about collection..was last Wednesday so we thought we’d take a 40 mile road trip to pick it up. Thank god I checked first to see what I.d I’d need as they had changed it to pick up from today!! (Saturday 17th) Today I checked and it’s changed to pick up from Monday 19th!! No doubt that will change also on Monday so I don’t even have option of collecting it myself!!!! 😡 Also no way of contacting them as they don’t answer! Pretty disgusted with their service right now!

AVOID IF YOU CAN - Not fit for purpose! How difficult is it for a parcel delivery company to ... deliver parcels? The webchat and phone lines are all based in India - and I take exception when someone in a call centre on the other side of the world tells me to be patient implying that you're being unreasonable. So patronising! Yodel state a delivery window of 3-5 days. Mine was due a month ago, tracking says today, but this has happened in the past and then suddenly switches to next day when it's 9pm and still however many stops away. Unfortunately, you're not even top of the list the following day, so you spend another day babysitting the door as they either leave somewhere totally unsecure or take it away so you have to rearrange and the circus starts all over again. I usually make every effort to avoid YODEL, but when Idon't always have the option. I have never had a parcel delivered undamaged and/or on time. This organisation should be utterly ashamed of how incompetent it is.
