Shocking! No card delivered through the door but I have been told its been delivered to 4 separate addresses. How? Have you separated my parcels into 4 pieces? Shocking customer service, half of them can't speak a word of English and just read off a sheet. Where the hell is my parcel?

Item never arrived. Helpline either knew nothing or were happy to tell any lie to close the chat. The customer chat line advise that they do not have a complaints dept. and there is no way to escalate the complaint. To the best of my knowledge they have decided to keep the item which in my book is theft. I would advise everyone to boycott Yodel and buy from providers who use a professional service.

what went wrong, is that I tracked my parcel all afternoon, it was getting near closing time (business premises) as my turn came - Then status was changed to unable to deliver as could not access property - they did not even come to premises or try to deliver - now I have to wait at least 3 days to get my parcel - avoid avoid avoid

yodel are the worst...lack of communication asked to pick said parcel up they said yes ,gave me there address at alfreton which took me 40 min,when i get there they said it had been put on the van...what a load of incompetent people...never use again. Bunch of liars.

Three days unsuccessful days fo trying to get my parcel from you. Day one - told me it had been delivered and spent hours door knocking and snooping at other addresses... Day two then told it was due for delivery again and they somehow missed me even though I was standing at the front gate waiting. .. Day three same again. No one will actually help. You get a hollow apology from a scripted chat each time. Worst delivery service out there by a long shot.

If your parcel is being delivered by them, you better start praying you get it and that the driver doesn't also try to fraudulently impersonate you to state its signed. As everyone below if I could rate them 0 stars I would, thankfully I was a lucky one and I received my parcel. Tracked and signed shipping, item was fairly fragile and expensive. Came home from work to find it had been posted through the letter box and the bag looked like it had been stood on by muddy boots. After requesting to see who signed for it. the signature I was sent as a proof of delivery was not mine but instead the delivery driver had guessed what my signature would look like and claimed that I was infact home and I signed for it. Had to speak to web chat and send them a copy of my signature with proof, when asking why this happened I was told it was the standard procedure if the driver believes someone is home. So why not knock?? This turned into more of a rant than a review TL:DR if you are a supplier who deals with this company STOP NOW for yours and your customers sake.

Whenever ASOS sends my order with Yodel they're either delivered late or they lose the parcel. It's crazy that this mail company does such a bad job and they still exist?! ASOS please stop working with Yodel!!

This is more like a -1 review! I really don't know how this company is still going. Even the employees need to realise how bad they are. Waited in all day for delivery, get a text message saying delivery attempt failed, looked at the window and saw the driver get in a van and drive off. No phone call, no buzzer. Checked my ring doorbell, no one came to the door. So now I have to waste yet another day sitting in waiting for a rescheduled delivery. I have no faith in it actually being delivered. Please avoid this company, as soon as you order something and see it's Yodel who deliver, cancel your order! Thank me later.

Another person with booked covid test return missed. I had to contact Yodel report their tracking showing me 0 persons ahead for more than 30 mins with driver tracking over 5 miles away. No help from web chat. Now tracking claims they left me a note. Really hope the gov looks into the performance of Yodel on this contract and recovers some of the tax payer funds under breach of conditions.

Booked a collection slot. Sat by door and Yodel did not collect but on their tracking page said that they had called and collection not ready. Not true. So they drive past if they are in a hurry then fob you off. It wad a Covid test meant to be at the lab ASAP and paid for by the tax payers.

Yodel stayed my parcel w delivered at a specific time, I did not have it, so checked cctv, they definitely didn't deliver it, read so many bad reviews about them and finally experienced it myself. Definitely say items are delivered when they aren't. Awful

What a complete waste of time the tracking of your parcel is. No updates & no indication when (if ever) you will get your parcel Wake up Yodel, take a look at Amazon; that's how parcel tracking should be done.
