Then on the 6th of June you took £428.67 PolicyYGCV0001296 which I did not authorise. The vehicle was Ford Ranger EJ20WJN. How has this happened two policy payments same vehicle. “I cancelled my policy on the portal on 02nd June but you still automatically renewed it and sent me confirmation via a No Reply email on 08/11.
Your Live Chat bot did not understand and wanted me to cancel the policy but then I would have to pay a time on risk and admin charge, and there is no contact email or phone number - but it is a Saturday and I am abroad on holiday so I can't call you anyway ! Not impressed and will be calling you on my return on Wednesday for a full refund with no admin charge. S Bennett”
