I was purchasing a different car and sitting in the dealership, I went onto to app to update new registration but it wouldn’t let me do this, there is no telephone number to contact, so I have had to insure with alternative insurer, maybe the system needs looking at as you may lose further customers”
“I don't own my car anymore so why have you taken money out of my bank, I have not agreed to this, so hard to cancel this insurance so I cancelled it at the bank and my bank account but you still managed to take it out of my bank this morning”
“When paying my car insurance it states that if you need a paper copy then contact us. No contact number, so I go on live chat (which was a waste of time) just kept saying I do not understand the question. So I contacted One Call (Brokers) still no help. Now I have sent an online email through the portal requesting a paper copy. If I receive this I will up my stars in my review. I cannot answer tge other questions asked as my issue has not been resolved.”
