“everything is made very cheap but what do you expect when its sold very cheap. Everything i ordered (the dress and swimsuit) the strings were way way way to long and the return process takes forever”

“Package never arrived. I texted the customer service for 3 months full of excuses untill they offered me less than a fourth of the sum I paid. I logically proved why they either owe me more money (I excluded the shipping fee) or should send me a replacement. Now they even started lying to me, claiming in the same exact message that my delivery had returned to their warehouse but also that the product wasnt available in their warehouse anymore. I'm from Germany but this scam-like bs made me so mad that I now go from review website to another to warn people of this company. tl;dr Never shop at ZAFUL !”

“I have been buying from Zaful for years and every time it gets worse. The amount of time if takes for a package to arrive is ridiculous. Never ordering from them again!”

“Wish I could give zero. Ordered a MONTH ago and still have not recieved my order for my vacation that I leave on in 2 days. Their shipping information (3-5 business days) is a joke. Never ordering from here again.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order 18 days ago for a trip to Arizona coming up in a few days. It has not even SHIPPED! When I contacted multiple times I finally got a response saying it’s due to Chinese New Year. If this is an issue, maybe LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW! I can’t even get a refund. I am furious and will never be ordering from the site again. Lost my business. Period.”

“Placed order on January 29, received them today, March 9 (42 days). Not only was this far too long to wait for something ordered a month and a half ago but theres more. I ordered two kimonos, and a pair of pants, not sure which exact pair of pants but heard they all have generally the same issue if at all. Pants are very slim compared to how they are advertised on the website (I purchased the largest size when im a regular size to begin with because i wanted them extra baggy), and the kimonos feel like they are made of the material used to make camping tent walls, not clothing fabric in the slightest. And they were just sown horribly but i expected that a little.”

“I ordered a bathing suit and never got it the tracking shows it delivered but it never got delivered to my actual mailbox or anywhere in my house I have ring cam videos I filed a claim with them and the post office and no one can solve the issue. Save your money people order from amazon prime they honestly have the best delivery service I don’t trust zaful or the post office”

“I ordered 2 swimsuits back in February for a vacation trip that i leave on in 2 days. I still have not received my packages and they supposedly shipped! When I enter the tracking number they provided it says there is no information. This is so frustrating. They should have an alert on their website explaining the delay is due to the virus. Something! It is bad customer service take orders and not be able to fulfill those orders. I can’t even get ahold of customer service.”

“The worst website I have ever ordered from. I ordered a coat 2 months ago and I still don't have it. Sent several emails and got a computer response. At around 45 days of still not having my package, I decided to request a refund and was told my package had shipped. Two weeks after being told my package had shipped, I still don't have it. Would never recommend ordering from this website. Terrible, save your money and time and go elsewhere.”

“I ordered a sweater from Zaful back in November but I never received it in the mail. I have contracted Zaful multiple times over this problem and all they kept telling me is that I will get an email. I have never received an email from Zaful. I have asked them to resend me the item, but that never happened so then I asked if I could get a refund and I still have not gotten a refund. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they have also tried to contact Zaful but they have not responded to them. I still have not received my item and it is March.”

“i’ve never ordered off zaful before. i ordered on february 25 and started reading reviews and had doubts so i requested a refund twice on march 5. on march 6 i was checking to see if it updated and it said order shipped so i don’t know what to expect.”

“I ordered bathing suits from Zaful in February and they told me it would be shipped within 3-5 business days. Today, it still has not shipped, and when I reached out they said they cannot promise it will be shipped soon. I got my refund and ordered from someone else. I recommend Shein because I ordered on Tuesday and all my bathing suits have already arrived.”

“Would give a zero rating if I could. I ordered on 2/21, it is 3/6 and my items have been "ready to ship" but now I'm told there's a backlog because of the Chinese new year and my items won't ship for 4 weeks? Ridiculous. Do NOT order from this site.”

“I would give a zero if I could. I placed an order feb 24 and they have not shipped my order yet. I can't submit a ticket because it keeps on saying "question not found" the customer service number doesn't work and they won't give me my refund. Never will but from here again. They took my money and ran.”

“I really disappointed, I had big expectations for zaful, I pay my order, and with fast shipping, it said to 3-5, on 27 of February I ordered, its 5 of march and haven't received anything, and I can't track my package if the company have problems shipping because of the coronavirus, it should have appeared or at least sent an email explaining, I am looking forward to having my refund, it's such a shame because I really liked the swimsuits, but the time? omg”

“Ordered a swimsuit and it was in processing for over a month and when I tried to cancel it for days it wouldn't let me. I then finally got in touch with customer service who cancelled it. I later got an email that my refund was completed and it has been 2 weeks. I don't have my money back and can't reach customer service. Never again”

“If I could give zaful zero stars I would. I ordered swimsuits January 29th for a vacation that’s March 10th. It’s now March 5th and I’m being told they won’t arrive until the end of March or beginning of April. I have never been so frustrated in my entire life along with the fact shipping never updated until after they were shipped and I was told I couldn’t get a refund because they had been shipped but yet they never shipped in time. Do not use this company, their clothing is sized wrong, quality is not worth the price, customer service is useless & they never ship on time!”

“I ordered my items 3 weeks ago when I emailed to ask why it was still processing I was told it was a back log from Chinese New Year and my items will be shipped in the next few days it’s now the 4th March and they’re still in process. If they have issues with delivery at the moment I’d like to be advised rather than pay a lot for delivery and still not get the items”
