“I have had such a frustrating experience with an exchange. It took me 3 “tickets” to get a return address from them. I returned the item to ZAFUL on 9/25/19 and asked for a smaller size. I received a notice in 10/18 that the order had been returned because they sent it to me with the incorrect zip code. I had to submit another “ticket” to advise them of this issue and who knows when I will receive the correct item. Good product - Horrible customer service. An exchange taking over a month? That’s ridiculous. Good luck to you future customers. Hope you don’t need to exchange anything.”

“I wish I could give them zero stars. Be warned, there are no returns on swimwear. All final sale. It doesn't say that when you buy the bathing suit, nor on the bathing suit pages. You find out after the fact, and then it is buried in he "return" language on the website. That's their prerogative, but should be more clear upfront. Venus and other companies take back bathing suits. Won't be shopping here ever again. PS. Every bathing suit bottom is basically a thong, so if that's the look you're going for, you'll be happy. Otherwise, go elsewhere.”

“I order my package back in June. It never arrive at my house and got sent back to zaful. Read my correspondence with them below. I have also called them twice to have my money refunded and I still havent gotten it back. Worst company ever. Do NOT order from them. They are completely uncooperative”

“I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered two items and I never reiceved it. I emailed multiple times and 3 months later they tell me it was delivered and to take it up with USPS. I tried filing a claim but the package wasn't insured so I cant even file a claim. My mailboxes are locked so there is no way it was stolen. I don't believe it was ever delivered. Now I just want a refund.”

“I wish I can just give Zaful not even 1 star. I went online to order a dress and said it would take 5 days to process. Two weeks go by and I still have not received my dress so I decide to call costumer service. I explained the situation and the woman then replies with “ your dress is out of stock so it will take another two weeks to arrive” WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY DOES NOT EMAIL THERE OWN GUEST ABOUT AN OUT OF STOCK ORDER AND STILL MAKE ME WAIT 1 WHOLE MONTH!! I ask for my money back and the young woman sounded very hesitant on the phone. After 5 minutes of consulting with her about my refund she then says “it well take 7-14 days to refund your money”. This company is a joke. I’d rather just stick to fashionnova At least they let me know when an item is out of stock and not try to steal my money.”

“If I could give it 0 I would. I ordered from Zaful about two months ago and never received them, so I created a ticket and sent it in. They responded they will let me know in 7 days, so i wait about two weeks so I sent in another one it says the same thing so I wait, nothing so I send in another one and they finally another month later of trying to figure out what happened they tell me they cannot find my package, so i obviously would like either a refund or to resend me the items I purchased and they take another two week to respond, and come back telling me no they don’t think they need to give me a refund and they “can’t” send me the item again but here’s a 10% off coupon, so what I can go shop and spend more money on this BS website and not receive my things? It was only one single item not even over 20$ the fact they won’t even refund me for their mistake is insane. That is absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional, I will never be shopping here again and you shouldn’t either.”

“Truly terrible customer service. If you call you will be connected to someone who doesn’t know the business process and will say anything to get you off the phone. Calling later you will realize nothing was documented of your original call and they refuse to allow you to speak with management. Using the ticket online gets you scripted/automated responses until about the 5th reply when you may finally get a response that pretty much apologizes for the issue, however, the apology is all you will ever get.”

“This is the second parcel of Bikins we have purchased the first we’re fine however this parcel took 6 weeks and I am being charged £34.50 import tax on a £60 order. Zaful are not responding and DHL want the money!!! Never buy from these people you’ll pay more in the end beware!!!!!!!!!!”

“I ordered from them once last year and the clothing was so bad I had to send it back. So I got an email from them saying that if I go and make a review on other websites saying that zaful is a good store they will give me $5.. So not only are their clothes made by underpaid workers (also often children), they are also buying good reviews. So definitely wouldn't trust all the reviews on this page or others..”

“DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ZAFUL!! Not only are the suits of poor quality but the customer service is terrible. After receiving permission to return the suits over $100 worth. Paying for shipping $22 with tracking and receipt of delivery I have not been refunded my money. No one responds from zaful. They took the suits back and left me with nothing.”

“Cheap bathing suits, horrible shipping and horrible customer service!! Shipping took forever, half of my shipment never even came and because they said it was delivered they made me follow up constantly then to only give me a partial refund option (which has not happened yet, this order took place 2 months ago) or to pay partially again to get the product I should have already received. The bathing suits I did receive are cute but you get what you pay for because they are soooo cheap looking and feeling! NEVER AGAIN, pay a little more money and go elsewhere!!”

“Bought two jackets from them about six months ago. Didn't receive anything for months. I queried it because I couldn't track my order at all and was told that my package had been delivered...when I hadn't received anything. Tried again to query, this time they said that my package had been "dispatched". I asked for a refund and was told that since I queried it after six months (even though this was my second query) they wouldn't be refunding me in any way. They took my money and made no effort to ensure I received my package. I can't even ask for a refund within 30 days of receiving, as per their refund policy, as I haven't even gotten my order. They've basically stolen my money because there's been no exchange of goods, I paid them and received nothing in return. Their customer service is terrible, they say they prioritize customer satisfaction and yet they won't refund me for an order I haven't even received. Don't buy from their store, you'll be screwed over.”

“Beware of import tax I ordered 2 bikinis, a swimsuit, a co-ord and a dress from zaful, paid 12 euro express shipping along which 2 euro insurance. I was not even aware that a duty tax could even be put on the package, as it never happened to me before when I ordered from them and neither to my friends and family. I am not able to receive my package until I pay a duty tax costing €40.93, which I feel Zaful should've told me the possibility of this happening before I paid. I don't know why this has been applied now to my package, which I'm very unimpressed and disappointed about especially when I held Zaful in very high light. I don't understand either why the tax wasn't covered by the fact it had insurance on the package, as it was beyond my control that the tax was put on it. Another thing I would like to know that if I don't pay the tax will I still refunded? And there hasn't been any contact from Zaful since 8am and now it’s 6:15pm, even though they’ve marked their message to me as ‘urgent’.”

“Quality of shirts I ordered was poor, size was ridiculous (I ordered 3X, and the shirts were MAYBE larges at best), but the return process was awful. I had to negotiate returning the shirts for a full refund. The entire transaction felt like a scam.”

“I ordered from Zaful over a month ago, even paying for quick shipping, and it still hasnt come in yet. I live in Turkey and it was supposed to take max 15 days to come in. They not only let it get shipped to an entirely different country (Cyprus), but no matter how much I write them they give some useless automated response instead of taking responsibility or trying to solve the problem. I will never order from this company again, as it is a waste of time and money and after seeing other reviews their products arent even worth the hassle. Wish I had never even entered their site!”

“Worst place to shop!! Worst place to shop!!! They split my order in 2 shippings, so I only got 2 pieces, and the other 3 never got; and they didn’t refund my money after Knowing that the second shipping got loss or most likely they never send it. The person who respond on Facebook very rude and make fun of me the entire time while I was explaining the situation. ZAFUL is comeplety FRAUDE!!!!!”

“Didn’t get an email confirming what I had bought. Offers free delivery but then charges £30.00 for your delivery to get through customs. Doesn’t say in the returns section online that you can’t return swimwear (so when my package does finally arrive the items may/ may not fit and I won’t be able to return for a refund anyway) You have to scroll through to the “terms of use” to find this out, where it there contradicts itself and says “goods not suitable for return hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after return” very confusing!!”
