“My online order was lost only a couple items arrived. I was charged for the full order. I called over 6 times and they finally opened a case but they did not send me an updated as promised via email ; text; or call. Their customer service folks are rude and not understanding…. They hang up on you as if the call was disconnected… then I must call them back and start over with explaining the issue. Very frustrating and their policy where they won’t give price adjustment for items. I don’t recommend their online shopping or dealing with their horrible customer service. They won’t answer the phones in the stores just to ask question before driving into store wasting time. Going to start looking elsewhere to shop.”

Learn more. Search within reviews Search within reviews Yelp Sort Robert, one of the managers at Zara is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I have been assisting my niece, with returning some items. Dealing with Zara's customer service has been a NIGHTMARE!!! We have been told so many different stories about why a label could not be generated, so my niece could return her items. Her husband is in the military and stationed out of the county, so there are no Zara stores near her. She must order online. Finally, Zara said I could walk the items into the Arcadia store. Zara also said they would email all necessary documents to the local store and it wouldn't be an issue. I wrote down the case number assigned and brought everything in. Zara didn't email anything to the local store. Robert took the time to call Zara and the customer service was not helpful. Robert was very patient and was able to solve the issue. It has taken almost SIX MONTHS to solve this issue. The Arcadia store is VERY FORTUNATE to have someone who really is dedicated to customer service. I hope besides thanking Robert for his dedication, Zara gives him a financial gift.”

“Horrible experience! I bought items online and picked them up at the store. The next day, I tried to return items that did not fit at a store. One of the items did not have the internal tag they need to scan for the return so they said just to return it through customer service online. The tag we are discussing is not the external price tag that are all intact but a cloth tag attached to a inside seam that appeared to be torn off. Customer service said the item without the internal tag is considered used and may not be returnable. Why then would they ship me a used product without a tag to buy? Now, I have to go through an entire review cycle to see if they will approve the return and provide a return label…really? I am now waiting for an answer which may not be positive! I blame the internal quality control of the company, they should not ship out items that are damaged or used to unknowing customers.”

“I ordered my daughter a pair of jeans for Christmas and because of the hype about ordering early because of shipping issues, I ordered early December. Christmas morning discovered they didn't fit. We both contracted Covid after Christmas and still no exceptions -- 30 day return period. I will never buy another thing from this store!!”
