Asked their customer service to get a size chart for a unisex hoodie. They said they would get back to me after 1-3 days. It has been 2 years. Still haven't heard back from them. So glad I didn't order.

Avoid ordering from here, they put sales on items they don't have in stock and never dispatch them, even if they do have stock. It would be quicker to get a sloth to make the product from scratch and hand deliver the order

Placed an order almost a month ago that hasn't even been despatched yet, requested the order be cancelled as the items were purchased as a birthday present (the occasion has now gone by) but all I keep being told is the order is "stuck in the warehouse" - definitely won't be using this company again! Wish I'd read the reviews on here first.

I ordered 3 items in July 2021. It's now November and I still haven't received my items. I've contacted them multiple times for updates and again to ask to cancel my order since I'd been waiting so long, only to be told in October I couldn't cancel it as it was in the warehouse ready to be dispatched. It's now been 4 months and I still haven't received my items or a refund.

I ordered some shirts and one of them came in the wrong size. They expect me to pay for return postage for them to send me a replacement. They are the worst customer service I have seen and have no business doing business in the USA. Don't Buy Here!

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS! I ordered a T-shirt for my sons birthday but it never arrived. They keep saying they can’t refund as it’s in the warehouse but never post it.

I wish I had done my research before I ordered a $450 item from Zavvi. They are scammers and frauds. When I told them 4 times to cancel my item, they 1) had already charged my credit card, and 2) told me the item was in the 'warehouse' and couldn't be cancelled. (this is AFTER they told me I could cancel the item). Now they tell me if it doesn't arrive in 30 days to contact them again. DON'T mess with this company.

Liars and frauds. Ordered an item on 10th Oct. paid for next day delivery. . Didn’t turn up. Emailed in on 15th to cancel and was told I’d be refunded in 3-5 days. Still no refund. Emailed in again and was told it was dispatched on 9th October. Even though on 15th Oct they told me it still wasn’t dispatched

Unfortunately, I just have to confirm that this company is a scam as all reviews say! I just regret I didn't check this site earlier as I trusted Which?. They've got these scammers on their website. However, they made a progress in their scams. Earlier they didn't send orders at all, now they send empty boxes!

August 19th - Ordered $215 of John Carpenter Blu-ray box sets. Order paid for in full. September 16th - Order dispatched. Tracked shipping NOT available/offered. Only $4.99 flat rate standard shipping. October 25th - Still no package. Ordered same sets from Ebay. That's the only way I received these box sets. STAY AWAY FROM ZAVVI! You have been warned! If you order from them and don't receive your item, it's now your own fault.

Absolutely shocking service, they have my money (over a few hundred pounds) and I have nothing to show for it still waiting on parcels that was just under 29 days since the estimated delivery date diabolical ps worse than very poor wouldn't even give one star but cant submit if I dont

Like many poor reviews here I ordered a large Lego set and est delivery date came and went. The tracking they provide is completely bogus when entered into the carriers tracking website. Never order from Zavvi.com they will attempt to scam you out of hundred's of dollars... Buyer beware.

This company is run by racists! if you're British or your first name is not Steve or Bob or John you can forget proper customer service. Also,s company has like 3 people working in customer service, or else your reply times would be way better. 5 + years of purchasing from you, I did not get my last order. So how do you help me out when I contact you? You don't help, you fake escalate your customers to 'Customer Relations' but don't. You tell your customers you're going to call them when they're in a completely different time zone and country. When a customer tells you they will never buy from you anymore, you brush them off and move on. You treat your customers like second-rate citizens. You delay helping them. I get my goods, but when I don't there is basically no point in reaching out for help.

Absoluetly horrifc They robbed me. They never delivered my parcel and then they just kept my money. £279.99, they just, kept it. I've spoken to almost every member of staff there (including the Customer Relations Executive) and no one wants to put an end to it. I really want to say how I feel but im just so dishearted. I just don't have the energy to walk you through my experience. All I'll say is, stay clear of Zavvi. It's just not worth feeling like this. Sam

P*ss poor distribution and delivery times. Paid for 4 day delivery on the monday expected no later than than Saturday to get the item. Took 3 days before it was even dispatched and NOW item is not expected until mid next week

Ordered the 4k The Thing. Got an message saying it was posted. That was on the 14th September. It is now the 30th Sept and no sign of it. Should have learnt my lesson because the last time i ordered from them it was a nightmare. You just have no way of knowing when your stuff will arrive or if it ever will.

Ordered an item, and almost once month later, it had not been shipped. As soon as I tried to cancel the order and claim my refund, they immediately claimed it had already been shipping and provided a tracking that never gets updated. It's been close to 2 months now. Zavvi is a scam.

Careful when you order. Items aren't always in stock but they will sell them with 5 day dispatch etc... 18 days later and I'm still being ignored, no timeframe and no item. Live chat is never on and response time is days if at all. I am sure you can purchase stuff without an issue as many people have but when there's an issue you are screwed n zavvi doesn't give a hoot

Zavvi keeps lowering the price of exact item within days. Bought an item for $800,. One day later, it became $750. One week later, it became $649. Zavvi refunded me the difference ( $50 plus applicable state taxes) of the first price drop but refused to do the same with the 2nd price drop ( $100 plus applicable state taxes.) This kind of marketing practice creates distrust and confusion for the customer.
