“I purchased art on the Zellart website on April 16th abd still haven’t received art or any correspondence since April 27th. The tracking number doesn’t work on website. When you go to USPS it says a label was made but USPS has never received the art. So it’s not in transit. I tried sending a message on their website with no response. I’ve tried emailing and the email address they provided blocks my email. I’ll never do business with this company again and I’m not sure how I’ll get my money back..”

“Ordered a picture on April 19th. It's now May 11th and the only thing the company has done was created a shipping label and gave me a phony tracking number that doesn't exist. They have blocked correspondence from me. Will never do business with this company again.”

“Just received my canvas after waiting over 5 weeks. The canvas arrived in a cardboard box with some bubble wrap. Why they thought that shipping something fragile across the world would be safe in such a package is beyond me. I received it from the USPS with the frame completely broken in half with the shards of wood tearing through the canvas. Their email does not work, I have messaged them several times thru their website with no answer. AVOID this company”

“It’s been two weeks since I placed my order. Tracking number they sent was not working. Email multiple times just to get an update. Ignored. A simple update would have worked. Bad customer service! I wish I can just cancel since you guys charge so much anyways! If you guys want to be frustrated and ignored then order from Zellart. There’s a lot more other vendors out there who respect their customers. It’s only a matter of Time when you feel how important these reviews are!”

“I orders $350 dollars worth of art from zellart on April 14. It has now been 19 days and the order has been in “transit” for 17 of those days. E-mailed the company with no reply. Have no idea where the art is. My guess is that the art is coming from China and there is a guy on a small boat rowing his way across the ocean to get it to me. I don’t know if I have every waited so long for a package to arrive without an excuse or reason from the company? Is this “zellart” a scam? Any longer and I’m to believe they took my money and ran.”

“I understand the problems of the world right now...but my Hospice confined Uncle has attempted to decorate a home left to his children with some artwork. Zellart will not respond, Paypal has been worthless, and it had been over 50 days of no communication. Over $400.00 spent!”

“I ordered my canvas on 3/29/20 and I'm unable to track when it is expected to arrive. I emailed the company 4 times in regards to when it is coming, no response. very displeased with their lack of communication. FIX THE TRACKING PAGE ON THE WEBSITE.!!! Ridiculous this isn't available.”

“It’s been over a month. I have not received my order, and the tracking number is non-exist at and there’s no record of it on usps. All email addresses listed on their website get returned as “blocked” and their question form on the site won’t allow you to send a message. I’ve reached out on social media and got no response. I feel ripped off and I hope nobody ever spends their money here. Horrible business.”

“Detail sharpness poor to fair. Not quality paid for. Near impossible to remove packing materials. My first order from this company. Probably would have felt better throwing my $800+ money down the toilet!”

“Be patient! Despite the two day shipping and no communication from customer service (which is why they don’t get 5 stars), You will receive your painting almost a month later. I ordered mine on December 26th and received it January 21 and I live in Texas. The painting is coming from the Ukraine The hold up is most likely the wait at customs. However the painting is worth the wait. I ordered the 92"x47" 235x120 cm x 1. Looks amazing and will be ordering another soon. Again be patient the company is “not” a Scam.”

“We Americans are so impatient. How can you say it's a scam if you used alil brain power to just take the tracking... Go to USPS website and see that the item is in transit like you can with everything else. Unless USPS is in on the scam just sit back and stop looking out the window every hour for your package.”

“I finally received my order after ~1 month. The company didn’t respond to any of my e-mail queries about why the order was held in Kiev. It was frustrating, and I thought I lost my money. Then it arrived today. The item was very well packed and is absolutely a stunning piece. I gave Zellart a not-so-good review that I must retract for the reasons mentioned earlier. Currently my only issue is with customer service; It doesn’t exist! No communications outside of thanking you for your order. Let patrons know upfront how long it will tak and I imagine the company will hardly receive negative reviews. I love the canvas, but am hesitant to order again. And yes, I now understand why it might take so long to receive the order.”

“I ordered 3 prints on 12/16/2019. I received it yesterday, 1/9/2020. It took 3 weeks and 3 days to arrive. The quality of the prints is exceptional and the care they took in packing them was pretty amazing. In this day and age, we expect roughly the quality we get from Amazon packaging.....Zellart knocked it out of the park. The box they came in was wet on one corner and no damaged occurred to the prints because of the meticulous packaging. It does take awhile to get them. They spend about 2 1/2 weeks trying to clear customs. Once the tracking said they were in NY, it took another two days to get to Washington state. I am very pleased and will definitely order from Zellart again. It is NOT a scam and the negative reviews needlessly caused me stress about my order. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“Zellart has a great website luring customers who appreciate quality works of art. Their response to payment is prompt generating an email with tracking info. Then...total let down. Product appears in Kiev Ukraine where it stays. Zellart’s customer service is nonexistent as they never response to email and have no telephone number. They are very clever in that they get paid ripping you off because you never receive your order. They really ought to be ashamed of themselves but greed has a huge ego and doesn’t care. I would strongly suggest never ordering from this company, ever!”

“I ordered 2 canvases in early November and like most people my order was hung up in the Ukraine. At first I was Really upset, then I thought I was out $800 bucks and there was nothing I could do. I literately came to peace with it. Then today I get a text that my order will be delivered today (Jan 4th) and sure enough they showed up. the packaging was amazing, shrunk wrapped, bubble wrapped, and boxed. im very happy with the quality of these pieces. Just forget about them and one day they’ll show up. Lol definitely not a scam! Thanks”

“The website says it usually ships in couple days. Been sitting in Ukraine for 12 days now not moving. Thinking about calling Better Business Bureau because I can't get a response from email and no phone number to call.”

“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with online. I paid almost $500 for artwork that I never received. Made multiple attempts in which to contact Zell art sending my order numbers and all other info they needed to be able to easily reply to me, yet I got no response. I will never purchase through them again.”
