I needed a replacement net for my trampoline. Customer service agent, Yummy, went above and beyond to find the correct net. Can’t wait to get my replacement so my kids can continue enjoying their favorite activity.

this was a great experience to go through this company all my emails were answered appropriately and a proper fasion .all my warranty parts were delivered I would definitely recommend their product and they have great customer service. I would buy from zupapa again.

My son and his friends love this trampoline! We are very pleased with not only the product but the customer service as well. Our trampoline was recently damaged in a wind storm and the customer service representative went above and beyond to help us get our trampoline in working order again. The follow up was amazing. We can’t thank you enough!

Mandy with zupapa went a one and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Our trampoline net needed replacing as the Colorado weather hit it hard over the last 4 years. We've had our trampoline for a year now and it has been the best investment we've made in the way of a toy/entertainment/fun thing for our family. We waffled over getting the largest size trampoline which seemed massive but it has been totally worth it because our whole family can jump together and is perfect for when friends come over. The Zupapa customer service has been excellent over email. When we ordered we had a few special things we needed to be done in the way of shipping and the team was incredibly responsive and helpful. A year later, the wind damaged a few of the handles on our trampoline rain cover and it wouldn't work. I emailed their customer service and heard back in less than 24 hours from Green and a few others. They got right on it and sent us a replacement at no cost. I definitely recommend this company and these trampolines. Thank you, Zupapa! :)

My son LOVES his Zupapa trampoline. Recently, we had a major windstorm and some of the poles were damaged. I reached out to Zupapa and they promptly sent us replacements at no cost. We are so thrilled to have our trampoline back!

It was extremely refreshing to actually have a customer service department that communicated with me in a timely and friendly manner. They understood my concern, made it right, and followed up with me. I had a major replacement part within 6 days of my initial communication with customer service. I was very impressed. We had a defective trampoline(sewn incorrectly). One contact and a new piece was sent immediately! The design with the incorporated pad to cover the springs is great.

Quality product arrived very quickly. Appreciated the inclusion of most tools needed to assemble. The spring loading tool was very helpful. All parts were well packed and none were missing or damaged. You can tell this company takes pride in the details. Only wish the net had been preassembled to the mat somehow. Tying the net down was very difficult and time consuming. The rest of the assembly of the large trampoline was pretty easy for us and we are in our mid 60s. It is very sturdy and the grandchildren are loving it!

I purchased this trampoline for my grandsons for Christmas. It was late arriving but with all the transportation issues these days it was not very late. The customer service representative, Mandy, was on top of everything each step of the way. One bracket was damaged. Mandy was willing to replace it right away no problem. Mandy kept in touch to make sure all was well. The trampoline is good quality and fairly easy to assemble for this old girl and her daughter. The children are enjoying it. Again, customer service has been superb.

My trampoline was damaged recently by an Oregon ocean storm with wind gusts to 96 mph. I contacted the company and asked for an estimate for replacement parts. The Zupapa customer service representee was outstanding. The representee double checked with me the parts that were needed. Then notified me that the parts would be provided and shipped at no cost to me. I chose this trampoline because it's a high-quality product. This incident showed me it is built by a high-quality company and served by high-quality employees! Highly Recommended!!

Purchased our show tent (carport) in 2019. A rogue storm caused it to flip over (even though it was anchored) last month. I contacted customer support and they chose to cover the replacement parts under warranty, even though it was weather related. This is totally awesome because this tent has become our "lucky tent" that allowed our business to grow! We have used this tent at MANY shows over the last few years, and it has held up beyond belief!!!

I bought the 15 ft trampoline for my kids. A year and a half after purchasing it the mat had a tear. I expect one of my kids was doing something while jumping that caused it. I contacted Zupapa to find out how much a replacement mat would be and how long it would take. They asked me for my order date. Then they looked me up in the system and told me that they would replace the mat for free (!!) as it was within two years of purchase. I fully expected to have to pay but they offered a replacement without my asking. The mat came about a week later. Great customer service!
