Our kids love their Zupapa trampoline! Zupapa has been so kind and helpful and I would recommend this trampoline to any parent looking to get their kiddos a one!

This company has the best Customer Service I’ve ever experienced in my life!!! I called the company that I needed a replacement part- and it arrived free of charge two days later!!! So fast and free!! This company is amazing , and will make sure you continue to enjoy your equipment

Issues with the cover. I ordered my daughter’s trampling on March 2021. On October 2021, the trampoline cover was easily destroyed by wind and rain. The company replaced it at no charge. Today, June 8th, 2022 our trampoline needs a new cover again. The quality of the cover is extremely poor. Pictures attached. Sturdy, well made trampoline. I would recommend the Zupapa trampoline but NOT the cover is a frustrating expensive replacement. It won’t even last a year. DO NOT BUY COVER.

Zupapa trampoline is nice and the customer service has been proactive in addressing our concerns. Yummy is quick in responding and working on an amicable solution. I wish there was a phone number to speak with customer service

We purchased our 15 ft Saffun trampoline on Amazon in April 2019 and it has been amazing! Excellent quality! Large enough for our teenagers to enjoy with their friends and extremely sturdy. Unfortunately, we had several storms with high winds early this year and the net tore away from the poles in two places. I contacted Zupapa directly to buy a replacement net. Their customer service has been incredible! They purposely have the replacement nets listed as “out of stock” on their website because they want to make sure their customers get the correct replacement. Kelly in customer service responded to my initial inquiry and we emailed back and forth several times. She made sure I purchased the correct net to fit our trampoline. (It was outside of the warranty period.) The replacement arrived very quickly and my husband and I installed it in 15 minutes!! Our trampoline looks brand new again! Kelly reached out to make sure we received the net, asked if it fit and if we had any questions or needed further assistance. Overall - our experience with Zupapa and Kelly in particular, was top notch! Thank you for your excellent customer service and amazing product!

No one answers emails or their chat system. No phone number listed to call support either ! We have an order we needed to modify and no way to get any help. wondering if all of these reviews about good support are fake?!

Nothing but happy with the product and customer. I give them 10 out of 5 stars. We will be back for another when it is time but that may be awhile due to the quality of the product. I am sure it will out last her age and we will be getting a bigger in a few years as she grows.

For months I couldn't find a replacement trampoline mat for a Zupapa trampoline we bought from Amazon in 2017, which was unusable due to normal wear/tear and weather conditions. It was either out of stock or unable to find. I reached out to customer service via Zupapa's website on a whim. Ivy (in customer service) immediately responded and was prompt, professional, and helped me order a new mat. It was immediately shipped and my kids are thrilled to have their trampoline back! This was THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received from an online provider in DECADES. IVY is a great communicator, prompt, efficient, followed through, and even prompted me to respond, when I was a bit slow in my communications, to make sure we had everything we needed. IVY was fantastic and from now on I will contact Zupapa directly for all my replacement parts. Thanks for a fantastic customer service experience! IVY is the BEST!!

I was having difficulty finding replacement items for my Zupapa trampoline. Everything said sold out. Then I read a comment in a thread how wonderful their customer service was so I took a chance and emailed the address on their site. I was a bit hesitant, to be honest. But to my surprise, they were so punctual with a return email and so very helpful. It was such a delightful experience.

I bought a 15' trampoline last year on Amazon. My boys love it, use it daily. The safety net started to tear in the spring. I figured I would just order a new one, because normal wear and tear. I couldn't find the part number, so I contacted Zupapa. Jenna answered my emails, where she had a few questions about the trampoline and part needed. She was awesome, professional and most importantly - helpful! She told me that Zupapa would send me a new safety net and I was surprised. Most companies don't stand behind their products this way - Zupapa has really made an impression here. The excellent customer service provided by Jenna and the no-nonsense commitment to their customers and products is appreciated. I recommend them to anyone reading this review. An excellent company, staffed with helpful people, with great products.

I have rarely had the opportunity to experience customer service that is this phenomenal. One of our net poles was broken during a windstorm, and it was replaced for free. It was shipped extremely quick, and I discovered another section of the pole was broken as well. I assumed I would have to pay for the portion that I missed the first time around, but Zupapa sent it to me free as well. They really stand by their product! Yucy was great and continuously followed up until everything was fixed. I have been extremely impressed and would highly recommend to anyone!
