“Last year I ordered two paddleboards and two more of the same boards this year. The little e-clips that hold the screws on to the fins came off and I have nearly lost 4 screws (I actually did end up losing a screw the last time I took my paddleboards out). I contacted Zupapa and after several emails back-and- forth they made it right and sent me replacement fins. They were very patient and easy to work with and they have great customer service. Thank you Zupapa!”

“My dog ate a huge hole in our safety netting. Yummy helped get me a replacement and was really easy to work with. I would definitely by another trampoline from Zupapa! Very good quality. Instructions were very easy and made assembly with 2 people very simple.”

“I ordered a 15ft Zupapa trampoline from WalMart. It was delivered as expected with no issues in 2 boxes. The instructions were super easy to understand and assembly went really well with 2 people. The trampoline is great quality. I am super impressed with it. Their customer service has been amazing. I had to reach out to them when my dog chewed a giant hole in the safety netting and they were so incredibly helpful when I couldn't find a netting to purchase anywhere else. Highly recommend this company's trampolines!”

“The trampoline we bought is high quality and sturdy. After about 3 years of frequent use the jumping mat ripped and we needed a new one, which we ordered through their parts and service website. It was a really good experience. They helped me find the right part and shipped it quickly. I will probably take the mat and net down in the winter to make it last longer.”

“I love this board! it comes with every possible accessory you would ever need. the pump is great. it's well made and very sturdy. i love it as a kayak the most since i've been able to see so many birds this way. and the customer support is excellent. i got it much faster than expected... maybe because i reached out to customer service. loved buying it directly from zupapa over amazon. and it was cheaper, too. i really love this company and board so far and it's made my last 2 weeks in montana so much more amazing. and everyone comments on how good looking it is. super light to carry as well.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service! Mandy was extremely helpful and prompt in her replies. We had a couple of pieces of the frame that needed to be replaced due to extended use. The parts were shipped out immediately and the trampoline is as good as new now! Zupapa has an incredible warranty that was hassle free, which is a rarity when it comes to dealing with warranties.”

“Great trampoline & stellar customer service! One box was damaged in transit, losing parts but the carrier taped back up and delivered anyway. We contacted Zupapa and they immediately sent out replacement parts at no charge to us. They followed up twice to be sure we received everything needed and were satisfied with the assembled product. High quality product and service so we highly recommend Zupapa!”

“Back in spring of 2020, when COVID kept us at home 24/7 in the Twin Cities, we purchased the 12' trampoline. It has been well loved! This summer we noticed some of the straps were broken and called to buy a replacement pad an cover. We were so impressed that within days a new pad and cover were shipped to us for FREE! The representative was so helpful and sent us tracking information and we already have the replacement parts up and the kids are back to jumping! We highly recommend Zupapa!”

“The service was perfect. Wendy answered all of my questions and worked to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. Items were shipped quickly and arrived in 3 boxes at the same time, on the same day. No delivery issues at all. The assembly took less than an hour and I did it alone. Pretty straightforward. I've only had the trampoline for about a week so I can't speak to it's durability or longevity, but the purchase process and quality seem top notch.”

“We purchased the 15 foot trampoline for our daughters for Christmas 3 years ago. This Trampoline is very good quality and has gotten a lot of use! My daugthers (tweens) both practice gymnastics on it and it's large enough for them to practice a variety of different gymnastics skills. The trampoline is designed for safety with the net enclosure and the pad covering the springs, so there is no way for the kids to come in contact with the springs while jumping. The only area for improvement I recommend, would be in streamlining the process to order replacement parts. Highly recommended product!”

“We purchased our 15' trampoline in December 2017 so we have had it for 3.5 years. It has been used almkst daily since then even when it rains and snows. Our net started to get holes and tears as did the pad last year and finally got so bad we needed to replace them. I contacted customer service and Jasmine responded. Let me tell you about Jasmine. She has been super responsive, super easy to work with and has provided us with parts. The net wasn't readily available. She gave us an estimated time and said she would contact us when it came in. We all know how that usually goes (never get notified). However, we got notified ahead of schedule that it was available. We purchased it but found it did not come with the foam inserts for the poles. Jasmine was very accomodating and offered to provide them free of charge. So far we have received the pad. We installed it and it fits perfect with tie-down on both sides to keep gaps spots small. Jasmine has provided tracking for the net and post pads and we expect them soon. Grateful that in today's world I can still get parts for our trampoline for my kids to enjoy. Some notes about durability: 1. The net and pad held up pretty well being in the sun and weather for 3 years straight. The net overall never "closed"very well with the zipper and clasps so we had to fenagle it a bit each time until the zipper broke last year. 2. The ladder rungs are round tube which is a little hard on the feet getting in and out. Wish it had flatter steps for comfort. 3. The clamps for the poles keep coming off despite tightening them down and using lock nuts. I think the flexibg of the frame when jumping and the running into the net causes them to wiggle loose. It almost needs a clasp or something to secure the top clamp to the frame. Maybe an indexed notch or set screw. 4. The pole foam is hard to get installed and stay installed as it slips out. We solved this by installing cable ties just under the bottom of the foam but around the sleeve and pole (like tying off a plastic bag). Overall very satisfied with the trampoline and even more satisfied with the company support after the sale and years down the road.”
