“I bought a trampoline for my kids a couple Christmases ago and they love it! It's held up pretty well. I needed some replacement pieces and the response was timely. The person I emailed with was very helpful, and our stuff arrived quickly. The only thing that I wasn't thrilled with was that I couldn't find the pieces I needed on their site. That was fine, because they want to make absolutely sure you are getting the appropriate pieces for Your trampoline, since they have so many. I just wish it had been clearer that I needed to go through email.”

“I rarely write product reviews unless it's something that I believe will truly help other consumers. After months of researching, we decided to purchase the Zupapa 15' trampoline based on various inputs that drove our decision to go with this brand. The product arrived in 3 separate boxes (as stated) in 3 days. Each box was in great shape and the pieces inside each box were very well packaged and protected. It does take a bit of time to assemble, especially if you've never assembled a trampoline before, which we haven't, but all in all it's easy to do by following the well-labeled manual/instructions. The product is of very high quality - sturdy and solid. The only issue I had was that one of the lower leg poles had a slight dent (picture attached), which made the net drop a little and didn't look correct, aesthetically, although it did not impact the performance of the trampoline. I reached out to their customer support team [thank you, Jenna, for your great support] and they immediately sent me a replacement part - no questions or push back; that by itself is worth the cost of this trampoline. Yet, adding that the product is top-notch was more than enough for me to take the time to write this review.”

“I received a Hammock/Chair Stand as a gift. The box was missing the screws to assemble the stand. All it took was 1 email to Zupapa and the screws arrived within a couple days! Thank you, Mandy and Wendy in Customer Service! My chair is hanging on the stand which is very sturdy and strong! I'm a happy customer!!”

“Purchased 12-foot Zupapa trampoline last year (2020), and was very happy with the sturdiness and safety features. However, the protective cover was meant for a 10-foot unit. It barely covered the jumping surface, and did not overhang the sides. When I inquired about a larger cover, I was sent a no-cost replacement within days. Great customer support!”

“Very pleased with the product we have purchased. It is a high quality trampoline. The customer service employees are outstanding to deal with. I would recommend any product that Zupapa has to offer due to their outstanding customer service and warranty. Everyone I have spoken to has been extremely professional and very helpful. This company is the Chick-fil-A of trampolines.”

“Last year I ordered two paddleboards and two more of the same boards this year. The little e-clips that hold the screws on to the fins came off and I have nearly lost 4 screws (I actually did end up losing a screw the last time I took my paddleboards out). I contacted Zupapa and after several emails back-and- forth they made it right and sent me replacement fins. They were very patient and easy to work with and they have great customer service. Thank you Zupapa!”

“My dog ate a huge hole in our safety netting. Yummy helped get me a replacement and was really easy to work with. I would definitely by another trampoline from Zupapa! Very good quality. Instructions were very easy and made assembly with 2 people very simple.”

“I ordered a 15ft Zupapa trampoline from WalMart. It was delivered as expected with no issues in 2 boxes. The instructions were super easy to understand and assembly went really well with 2 people. The trampoline is great quality. I am super impressed with it. Their customer service has been amazing. I had to reach out to them when my dog chewed a giant hole in the safety netting and they were so incredibly helpful when I couldn't find a netting to purchase anywhere else. Highly recommend this company's trampolines!”

“The trampoline we bought is high quality and sturdy. After about 3 years of frequent use the jumping mat ripped and we needed a new one, which we ordered through their parts and service website. It was a really good experience. They helped me find the right part and shipped it quickly. I will probably take the mat and net down in the winter to make it last longer.”

“I love this board! it comes with every possible accessory you would ever need. the pump is great. it's well made and very sturdy. i love it as a kayak the most since i've been able to see so many birds this way. and the customer support is excellent. i got it much faster than expected... maybe because i reached out to customer service. loved buying it directly from zupapa over amazon. and it was cheaper, too. i really love this company and board so far and it's made my last 2 weeks in montana so much more amazing. and everyone comments on how good looking it is. super light to carry as well.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service! Mandy was extremely helpful and prompt in her replies. We had a couple of pieces of the frame that needed to be replaced due to extended use. The parts were shipped out immediately and the trampoline is as good as new now! Zupapa has an incredible warranty that was hassle free, which is a rarity when it comes to dealing with warranties.”

“Great trampoline & stellar customer service! One box was damaged in transit, losing parts but the carrier taped back up and delivered anyway. We contacted Zupapa and they immediately sent out replacement parts at no charge to us. They followed up twice to be sure we received everything needed and were satisfied with the assembled product. High quality product and service so we highly recommend Zupapa!”

“Back in spring of 2020, when COVID kept us at home 24/7 in the Twin Cities, we purchased the 12' trampoline. It has been well loved! This summer we noticed some of the straps were broken and called to buy a replacement pad an cover. We were so impressed that within days a new pad and cover were shipped to us for FREE! The representative was so helpful and sent us tracking information and we already have the replacement parts up and the kids are back to jumping! We highly recommend Zupapa!”
