I have several items from them. Pretty upset that the zipper does not work on this one. It was installed backwards so you can not zip it. I have notified them and am waiting to hear back. Will be very upset if they make me wait for this to be returned before they send new one. That will be 2-3 weeks of time not getting to wear it. Then not cold enough. Which I will not purchase again if the case. I spent $1500-$1800 for Xmas gifts and hoping customer service is good. I get it. Only $200 but customer service makes a company for me. Otherwise I love the jacket and would be 5 stars if not this mishap.
