I purchased my GGS cert without knowing how much it would impact my career. I had been in the fitness industry for 19 years as a group fitness instructor and 2 years as a personal trainer. I knew there were major gaps in the industry but wasn't sure how to fill them. GGS cert provided me with the knowledge and tools I needed to launch a brand new business. I niched into women and girls only, opened up a small group personal training studio, and target women's mind, body, and spirit together. Fitness classes alone just won't cut it. Women need the mental and emotional encouragement along with training. We need community and support. We need a place where it goes much deeper than just fitness in order to last a lifetime! After GGS i knew I needed to add to my network of resources as well. I'm now connected with a women's hormonal functional Practitioner, a certified nutritionist, chiropractor, obesity specialist, and emotional code healers. This has rapidly grown my new business. No way would I have had the courage or knowledge to launch my own business. GGS empowered me to Empower other women. We are not just a studio or a fitness center. We are a movement of women who are changing what fitness looks like in our community! Our mission is to Encourage, Impact, and Empower women so they can be healthier and stronger for their homes! Strong Moms make Strong Kids! GGS1 was easily one of the best certs I've gone through in my 20 yr fitness career! I'm continually using the information to sustain the momentum in my business.
