I did Elements several times, as preparation for the other GMB Courses, as a fundamental basic training for my Kung Fu and now as a recovery plan after a hip replacement ... I love the well-thought step-by-step introduction to every move and the good system for progression...having funny comments from Ryan helps you to get started, if you do it first thing in the morning. I recommended GMB in general and Elements as a starting point to friends and colleagues because in my opinion it is one of the best available programs for a long lasting training at home.
