I started GGS Coaching program in hopes of changing my body composition. What I received was so much more than that. I gained acceptance of myself as a beautiful, strong, resilient human being capable of doing what I set out to do. I learned how to break habits into tiny pieces that I’ve successfully incorporated into all aspects of my life. I got through a major illness, and injury and learned tools to care for and nurture myself back to a place of health and strength. I learned how to replace the feelings of shame and guilt I had about my post-menopausal body with feelings of gratitude and joy for what I can accomplish in my 5th decade of life. The Coaches heard what I said during my weekly check-ins, guiding me every step of the way with voices of support, compassion, and celebration. I’m so grateful I invested in myself, and for the first time in my life can honestly say that I’m worth it!
