“I have booked week vacations at least 3 times with 360 Blue. Whenever we have had an issue (late arrival, need for additional household supplies, recommendation for florist or bakery or caterer), they have always been helpful. I would recommend, however, if you have an issue other than simply booking your stay, that you contact 360 Blue during normal business hours as the customer service during normal business hours is tops! I know I can count on 360 Blue to take care of me and my family, and I will book with them again. All properties were beautiful!”
“We really enjoy using 360 Blue, but did have a little hiccup with our house being in disarray when we arrived. Since we arrived on Dec. 26th, we suspect the cleaning crew left in the middle of cleaning on Dec. 24th. Couch cushions were turned upside down and rugs flipped over and cleaning supplies and rags left in showers. 360 Blue did respond promptly to send someome over to finish the cleaning process. We were just a bit surprised that nobody had inspected the house prior to our arrival. Nonetheless, we loved the beautiful home we stayed in and the rest of our time in gorgeous Watercolor!”
“Best house in Watercolor for large group. This was by far the best house we have rented so far in Watercolor. It had everything and more. Well appointed kitchen, bedrooms, bath and outdoors too with large pool and hot tub. Numerous fireplaces, plenty of space to visit or the large game room upstairs for kids. 360 Blue was also very helpful and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house if you have large families with kids.”

I traditionally use VRBO and found myself scrolling down to make sure 360 Blue managed that particular property! The homes have always been clean and well-appointed. 360Blue makes check in super easy. I love their app. I now rent my chairs through 360 Blue, it's part of their app! They deliver the chairs right to your rental! 360 Blue has taken a lot of the guesswork out of vacation planning! Book! Get the app! Get ready for a great vacation!”

“Let me start by saying we are/were repeat customers of 360 blue but will never again book with them citing the issues below: 1) my 4 & 6 year old fell out of the â€?newly installedâ€? swing on the porch because the bench was installed incorrectly. We were fortunate the kids only experienced a sore head/neck as it could've been MUCH worse. The maintenance guy that showed up verified it was installed wrong (he too fell out when he sat and swung in it). We received no sort of apology whatsoever from the property management company. 2) not sure what changed this year vs previous years- but this time the house was infested with roaches on the first floor. My guess is the property management company decided to save a few bucks and skipped spraying/treating the surrounding property for pests. We were so disgusted that we spent all leisure time in the upstairs living room. 3) we ordered 3 bikes and a pull behind kid carrier for the house. The equipment that was delivered was in very poor condition and barely road worthy. Needless to say, paying extra for them was a compete waste of money. The bikes available at the many shops in town are in much better condition.”
“Very helpful sales and service staff. If you are missing something in your rental, they will do their best to supply it...even a stock pot large enough to boil pasta in was furnished when requested. Service staff was dispatched same day to solve minor problem in unit. Everyone we've encountered at 360 Blue is dedicated to making your stay enjoyable and trouble-free.”

“Beautiful house , large and accommodating. Location excellent for beach, biking and grocery shopping. Plenty of activities available, ping pong, sand hockey?, and well heated pool and spa. BUT we were there for 8 days and the elevator worked only about 3 of those days. With 20 people on a given day, {26 at the most} there was much luggage, Christmas presents and decorations, beer, wine, drinks and FOOD to carry up 3 flights of stairs. Only one of the dishwashers worked and it had to be held against the wall when the drawers were out to load and unload ; otherwise it would have fallen out. It didn't even accommodate a breakfast load, so we had to buy many paper products although the house provided plenty of cups, plates, bowls and glassware. When we left we didn't take the faux boxed tree and ornaments because it was too much trouble to get down the stairs. Hope you save it for the next Christmas renter. Still----it was one of our best Christmases ever. Serena Vann”
“My family rented a home in Water Color Florida near Seaside December 2017. The rental company was fine and we did not have any issues with the property manager but the home was not acceptable and generally did not meet our expectations for Vermillion Way which is the Rodeo Drive of Water Color. The home was very disappointing upon arrival due to poor furniture and general lack of adequate furnishings. The home evidently was "on the market" and the furniture was therefor rented and it was poorly staged. Some rooms did not have dressers or tables and much of the furniture was junk. I think I would use this rental company again but I would never rent this house 93 Vermillion Way even if the price were half!”
