“The custom glove process is a very cool experience! Unfortunately my experience with 44’s quality was very poor. I will not be buying from them again.”
“The buying process was simple and easy. The glove came on time and exactly as ordered. It was presented nicely in a personalized "44" carrying bag.
Quality seem good. Two things though that we noticed:
1) the glove is incredibly stiff, even after trying to break it in for almost a month. Going to take a while longer and will look at other options or ways to get it to feel right
2) the fit is "smaller" than prior glove, especially around the bottom of the heel and the tip of the fingers”
“Your company provides excellent gloves and my daguhters love the fact they can customize their equipment, but your customer service is the absolute worst I have ever seen. There is no number to call and talk to someone, the chat feature is never attended to even during the hours it says its active, and emails take days for a response. To be hoenst, by the time we got the gloves I had such a bad taste in my mouth from your company that I considered getting my girls different gloves. Great product, terrible service.”
“My grandson loves his coustom made catchers mitt but he was pretty disappointed when the velcro wrist strap failed. The fuzzy side is almost like it is worn out and it will not stick , rendering the mitt unsable till I can have the situation remedyed permanantly. He was disappointed because he hasn't even been able to catch a game with the mitt because it's not completely broken in. Yep that's right the velcro failed before the mitt was even broken in. I will rate this acceptable because it's velcro and I should have known better. I really struggled not to rate it a 2. Iwould not recomend this mitt to anyone with the velcro. Get a regular wrist strap and you won't be stuck like I am.”
“My son loves his bat and loved being able to customize the colors and grip. I'm not sure why there couldn't be bats already made and painted in each size and base color so it wouldn't take as long to ship. That is more of a suggestion than a complaint. My complaint is that I had an offer for a discount and when I clicked on the link for my son to customize his bat, I assumed it would work like other sites for other products and the discount would be applied at checkout. Evidently a person has to manually put in a discount code but my son and I paid full price with no sympathy from customer service. Then, shortly after that, a really good discount was offered, rubbing salt in the wound. I understand it was a busy time but I doubt if anyone will contact me to try to make things right.”
“Took 8 weeks for them to finally give me an update on my order, just to tell me that the color i wanted isn’t able to be used and was a website error. I hope my glove isn’t ruined or doesn’t look the way that i wanted it to.”
“Love the glove. I just ordered my son his second 44. The build was spot on to what I ordered. The costumer service was terrible it took alot longer than it should have to receive the glove. If I had not taken the time to reach out over the chat function 4 times wich is a joke. And had I not taken the time to reach out via email 2 times I would still be waiting on my glove. I was told there was issues with getting material. The glove progress tracker is Obviously inaccurate as it showed my glove in the preparing for shipping stage for almost a month!!! There must have been a shortage on cardboard for the shipping box..... Overall I am very disappointed in the experience. I do recommend the gloves they are great just keep an eye on the progress and be willing to waste hrs of your time trying to contact someone at 44 so your order isn't forgotten about like mine was. I was offered a $25 dollar 44 pro credit on my next purchase for the hassle lol gee thanks.”

I received someone else’s order and not mine.
I had a difficult time figuring out how to contact 44 Pro to report this. A 1-800 # would be great.
I was able to email the general inquiry and received a quick response to acknowledge my situation but then no follow up. I reached out again a week later and received notice that they are rushing to make me a new set of gloves. Thank you. I shouldn’t have had to ask.
We love the products. Would like to be able to speak to someone when things aren’t going well.

“Love the gloves typically. This is our 3rd new glove. My son’s new 1B glove came with a weird shape and it’s breaking in with a strange close. My son also doesn’t love the pinky finger placement in this glove. Love the color and contrast.”
