Absolutely shocking service. My order was due 10 days ago. I have e mailed 3 times and called twice. Each time I am promised a return confirmation of when my order will be delivered, yesterday by a supervisor, Meghan. Nothing. The order was for my sons birthday. He woke up to no presents. No idea when they will arrive - just constant lies and broken promises.

The worst website ever with poorest customer services, items never get delivered within given dates and had to chase up for weeks to get an update. Returned items and got a refund a month later (policy states 14 days) and this is after 100s of emails and phone calls to their customer service. Never use it again or recommend it to anyone!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I live in Ireland, Brand Alley charged me UK vat on my purchase. I then had to pay Irish vat on the import. I raised this issue with customer service & was given some bull about DPD charges by someone called Shannon. I replied it had nothing to do with DPD but as it was an international shipment, UK vat should not have been charged - if Amazon & QVC can do it, why can’t Brand Alley. I’m still waiting for a reply. Moral of the story, if you are based outside the UK AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order back in August. It arrived late, I returned 2 of the items on 16th September. Emails going back and forth, I provided proof of the returns tracking number and a picture of a hand written statement, with details of the returned items, including the order number the date and my signature. Despite all of this I still haven’t received my refund.

delivery is not on time, items they advertise are not in stock, order will not be cancelled and refunded even though they have not left the warehouse on the due delivery date, customer service is not worth contacting returns are not recognized as received and refunds are difficult to chase. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are nothing but stressful to deal with.

Absolute disgrace. So late it’s come back into fashion . No e mails answered. 4 telephone calls all promising to call back with solutions but never do .

I have has very mixed service over the years but after my most recent experience I will not be using Brand Alley again. I placed an order on the 14th Oct and despite paying for next day delivery the order did not arrive until the 30th Oct. One item was missing from the order and never received. One item was unsuitable and returned. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund to be processed for both items.

My boots arrived on the date specified beautifully wrapped and exactly as advertised zips a little stiff but soon loosened up, perfect size and very comfy will consider ordering from here again

Really wish I could give less than 1 star. Still waiting for an item ordered 6 weeks ago. Customer service team can only advise that it is being processed by the warehouse but can't/won't give any timelines or updates. Three members of the customer service team have said they will refund postage fee but so far that hasn't happened either. Zero empathy from the customer service team and they never call or email when they say they will. Will not use again and would not recommend

If I could give this less than 1 star i would absolutely shocking service part order came in 2 weeks !!!!! no emails and Joel needs some customer service skills one of the rudest staff members i have ever spoken to never again !!!! incredibly unprofessional

I bought a boss suit and it was truly naff in that it was faulty. I had been abroad so couldn’t try it on till way after the return period. Also later tried my luck and bought two jackets - sadly both appeared to be faulty and were returned!! So make up your own mind !!

Have bought a lot from this company over the last few years, but recently it’s gone downhill. Soiled or incorrect items, inaccurate description, shoddy customer service and confusing returns info. Postage and returns fees are very high, and delivery times rarely guaranteed. Waste of time to have to follow it up, if you want a simple life then don’t use this company. Giving 2 stars as bargains can be good, especially if you’re willing to buy ahead eg kids clothes (though always check other places, sometimes cheaper elsewhere)

… I had purchased a Mirror table with a moving time machine. It was just soon after a year that the table suddenly fell off while I had few guest at home. The screws fell apart everything on the floor and the most terrifying thing to happen was that it hurt my 11month old child. This product is not safe stay house hold...after I informed Brandalley they said since the product is been purchased 60 days before they could not do anything so they got in touch with the main seller... And he said since its been more than a year they cannot do anything... I'm sure if it would have been 6 months then they would have said the same...these people only want to make money... But when it comes to take responsibility they step back... It was the product and was not safe for a household. Then I believe Brandalley is equally responsible for it as it was purchased from they website.... Don't buy anything from them because they products are not safe and then don't take ownership
