Hi I ordered dvd on 13 nov20 , still I haven't receive my order yet. This is scam according to me, avoid if u can buy from other shops locally..they didn't even reply to my email

Worst website I have ever used! No one should buy or use this company terrible customer service! Order never arrived after multiple emails saying you have to wait 30 days to then getting told its been lost in the mail! Absolute shambles of a firm!

Complacent and ineffectual customer service, ridiculous delivery times and the staff do not talk to each other. I order an xBox game that took 3 weeks to arrive (even during Covid this is nonsense). Whenever I chased the game up I receive an sympathetic and often unprofessional reply (when they did reply), the time I wasted on them I could have found the game locally, without the hassle. I also received contradictory information regarding a pre-order mission code....nobody seems to talk to each other in this company. I would NEVER used CoolShop again or recommend them to anyone. Nightmare & unprofessional. (& their website looks like it was written by a 12 year old)

It's a shame you can't give zero stars!!! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this website the negative reviews are all true and I will start a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I ordered a ps4 game it said 3 to 5 business days I decided to check on the website chat that my game was on its way I was told on Friday 27th it would arrive as I suspected it didn't. So I went back on the chat to ask where my game was to be told that they don't deal with delivery details on chat and I should email which confused me as I had spoken to an operator about my delivery a few days before. I have emailed and unsurprisingly just like the reviews I have heard nothing and I have still not received my order. Although its a genuine website, its a genuinely poor, unprofessional, scrupulous website. Also it's a Danish company not British so I'm unsure whether their orders are processed in the UK or not. But please people avoid this website it might be the cheaper option however you will receive no customer service no support and so far no item for your money

SCAM ALERT. I placed and order 3 weeks ago. They have my money, I have not recieved anything (other than an accusation that I am lying). I have asked for a refund but the silence is deafening. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT USE

I'd give zero stars if I could, and recommend anyone reading this avoids these scammers and shops elsewhere. My item was allegedly shipped 17 days ago and hasn't arrived. Their live chat only respond to tell you they can't do anything, which is more of a response than I get via e-mail, and they've no phonenumber. No idea where my item is, or if it every existed or was shipped.

Placed an order on the 9th of November 2020. As per Coolshop's email my order was dispatched on the 13th of November 2020. Today is the 24th of November 2020 and I still ahve not received my order. It's impossible to contact this scammy company, ther eis no phone number to call them, live chat never works. I sent them over 5 emails and only once I got a reply from them stating that there is no trackign number for my order and I need to wait 15 days to take any further steps. I do nto believe I will ever receive my order so I contacted my bank to revert the payment.

They took my money for an item they didn't have in stock, then told me it had been dispatched when it hadn't. I'm still waiting for delivery two weeks after placing the order. I tried their online webchat, but it's clearly an automated system. My first ever purchase from Coolshop, I won't use them again.

Terrible company, took my money then locked me out my account, won't send me a verification email and there is noway of contacting them to track my purchase, not even a email to validate transaction or tracking details, a complete horror show avoid at all cost..

Put in an order for a set of six my little ponies far my granddaughters Christmas, had the order away before I read the adverse reviews on various sights ,thought I'd mad a big mistake ,but on the contrary this company have been excellent, the order arrived early and was in perfect condition and at just over £ 29 was real value,and I was able to track my delivery from Denmark through Holland to England and then by Royal Mail to Scotland on there website ,great service

My daughters candy floss arrived 5 days late. We didn't recieve an update of delivery & when it did arrive late we tried to contact them to send it back... all we had was an address on their box. We sent it back recorded delivery (£14!) To be told when we did finally contact them, that it takes 4 weeks to recieve a refund... 8+ weeks later after repeatedly contacting them with emails & photographs of proof of the return address, they have told us that they have no idea what the address is on their box! & it's our responsibility to get the box back... I have never experience such shocking service! Don't use them! My 9 year old daughters birthday money has been wasted & they will not help or take responsibility in anyway...

Firstly the delivery day was stated as 3 dafter i ordered the item - which is why i ordered from this supplier. Needless to say the item didnt arrive on time now has it 14 days later. No explaination or apology, poor customer service no reply to emails etc.. What there do not make clear at point of purchase is that they are based in Denmark. I aim to ask for a refund but based on other peoples experiences this could be quite a challenge. AVOID.... find a UK based supplier

Ordered a milk bilibo for my grandson a week ago as a birthday present for tomorrow 31/11/2020. Just got onto customer services and been informed it as just cleared customs in the Netherlands. Yet it's a UK company what the hell is going on. Now for trying to tell a 3 year his present will be late arriving. Won't be using cool shop UK again.

waardeloze service. ze komen absoluut de verzendtijd niet na. het duurt veel langer dan ze aangeven als ze zeggen 1 tot 4 dagen bedoelen ze 14 dagen. klantservice alleen in het Engels en ook nog heel onvriendelijk. Ik raad deze webshop te zeerste af. ik koop er nooit meer is ook geen Nederlands bedrijf maar uit Denemarken. duurt zeker 2 weken voor je je pakket hebt en ondertussen word je door klantenservice behandeld als het laatste vuil.

Dreadful & stressful experience both with getting any kind of response from customer service and the product quality. Ordered the ‘Little Dutch Kitchen’ for my daughters birthday. Clearly they had let an apprentice lose as parts were wonky with holes drilled through the wrong sides meaning it couldn’t be constructed. Completely missed my daughters birthday as a gift and initial parts were resent until I found similar faults with others. The manufacturing company refused to send out replacements this time blaming Covid however would have been willing for me to send the item back for them to repair and send back!! Blatantly not a practical option! Two months later the issue was partially resolved with a minor refund, although I’ve had to get holes drilled myself! Btw live chat is useless and doesn’t get you anywhere with customer service.

Don't use coolshop. I sent a faulty karcher steamer back months ago , still no replacement . Customer service is terrible will never use them again, be aware get your money and forget about you.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my headphones from them. They are good but the headband started to fall apart after two months - a manufacturing fault, not theirs. Now they want to deprive of my headphones that I use everyday, for three weeks! And now after seeing these reviews, I don't think I can trust them send the replacement. The price may look to be good but honestly, I would shop elsewhere.
