“Entregaron el paquete en una casa distinta, llame a reportar y me dijeron que lo iban a buscar y ver que pasó, llame al día siguiente y no tenían respuesta y al final del día la respuesta fue que el paquete seguramente se iba a perder, pero que ellos pagaban por el problema.
Y me puse a investigar por mi cuenta haber que pasó y encontré la dirección donde entregaron mi paquete por error y el dueño de la casa me dijo que nunca se comunicaron con el y que nunca fueron a recuperar el paquete y me tocó a mí recuperarlo , esta compañía es una M..........da grandisima no la vuelvo a usar aunque sea la ultima que quede y me encargaré de que las compañías que la usan para envíos no la usen mas.”

“This company could improve its service by going out of business. Its impossible to resolve any problems by using its chat. Allowing just one minute to type your problem is unworkable, don't even try to reach a live person. DHL is even worse than FedEx or UPS. DHL passed my parcel on to another courier to deliver, who ended up returning it to DHL. DHL then lost it when returning it to the sender. After complaining, I’m told they apologize, and that’s it. So I’m out of a package, and out the shipping charges as well.

Had to search all over their website and go down to shops to inquire on my parcel, only for it to be wasted trips. Even now, 1 month later, I'm still searching for my parcel. I had an awful experience with DHL. My parcel was delayed by two days, despite me being at home every single time waiting for them. I wasted my free time expecting delivery, only to be delayed multiple times in the same day. The next morning, I was home again, waiting for the delivery, and guess what? The driver didn’t even bother to ring the bell or knock on my door. Instead, they left a slip directing me to pick up the parcel from some random post office. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars, I would. DHL needs to seriously address their drivers' attitudes and their unreliable service.”
“Horrible delivery service. Tracking is inaccurate - DO NOT waste time trying to accommodate a projected delivery window - DHL will not show up for days. And when DHL does deliver, the delivery is damaged - in my case 3 days late & painting tube WET - saturated to be exact. Customer service is equally terrible & only has restricted hours on weekdays! This is supposedly a worldwide delivery company - REALLY?? Horrible on every front. Shame on you DHL”

I bought a watch for my son – better than I ever had. DHL promised deliver between 1 PM and 3 PM today. To be sure, I spent 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM sitting in a chair just inside our front door reading a good book. With my barky dog at my side. When no DHL truck appeared by 3:30 PM, I checked my emails to see a
LIE that DHL had “attempted” delivery AT 12:45 PM. NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER.
Now, I am told, I must be home all tomorrow to get delivery.
DHL has done this to me before and once left a largish box out by our country mailbox, about 200 yards from the house, falsely claiming that I had signed for it. I found it months later when the snow melted.
