“Awful company, first they delivered my package to the wrong address, then could not retrieve it. Supporting the team could have been more professional, dragging the whole process for two weeks, which eventually didn't help.”
“I was supposed to receive a parcel on the 28th December and it was delivered to an incorrect address and DHL was unable to reclaim the parcel that they had delivered to the wrong address. What a total waste of time. Do not use this company as the drivers as some driver are incompetent and do not actually deliver according to a postal address.”

I tried to email, Twitter, Facebook and phone to try to get my parcel delivered but I was ignored every time and finally the emailed me 13 days later to say it’s been returned to sender. The delivery driver dropped my package off at the wrong address and while trying to explain to them that my package was dropped, they insisted that it was the correct address then proceeded to suggest that I go home and look at my apartment to make sure it doesn’t match the picture. “My Christmas order was a express delivery set to be delivered on December 22nd. We are now December 30th and I’m told the package has been sitting at the Kenner Louisiana warehouse for five days they are literally an hour and 10 minute drive from my home the customer service representative cannot even tell me when it will be delivered nor is there a phone number and they refused to connect me to the Kenner warehouse so I can pick it up myself this is the worst service for delivery I have ever had will absolutely never use Dhl again. And I still do not have my package it is still sitting in a truck The warehouse and the representative still cannot tell me when I will get my package this service sucks”

“Expected a delivery of pottery clay, tracking said it was to be delivered--- then changed to complete lie! The driver reported the delivery had been refused when he arrived as it was damaged! Completely untrue! I was in all day and at the time he/she claimed that I refused delivery - I was not only home, but working at the front of my house. Quite astonishing, unprofessional and unethical. Tried calling to talk to a human being but could not get past the answering machine! “DHL is horrible, I receive packages daily and they are by far the worst - even worse than the USPS. They lost my first package from Kent UK to ATL and then the replacement package ends up in Canada. They might have their sh*t together overseas, but not here in the States.”

It was almost 3 weeks till we received our parts parcel. Although it reached Zambia 5 days from despatch out of China.
I cannot advise our future suppliers to use this service for urgent matters.”

“If I could leave a 0 for this company I would!!!! Set up a pick up and delivery on line on Wednesday for the following Monday. Monday comes and no confirmation or contact. Called at midday to get an update and was told that they could not get hold of the depot but would call them and get me an update.
2 hrs later and nothing so second phone call made. Told that there was no update however a vehicle had broken down in the morning and mine was therefore re-scheduled for the afternoon and they would chase
Another 2 hours later and another call to them. At this point the same story was told to me so escalated to customer service manager.
At this point told that due to 2 vehicles having broken down, my collection was not gong to be done until the next day!!!!!! Apologies for the inconvenience!!
Absolutely diabolical service for a company who claims to be stress free. Wasted a working day dealing with this ridiculous company for 4hrs! Here's hoping I get my refund quickly!”

DHL is a Disgusting company.
Disgusting company.
I sent a private letter/documents containing 2 sheets of paper sealed in an envelope. DHL deemed it necessary to cut open the envelope to read my private letter. The envelope was also left irreparably damaged after their assault on my privacy. No one at their front line selling me the product ( not cheap. cost me 40 pounds) warned me that DHL are like the KGB ( in my opinion) and probably read your private documents and slice and dice up your envelope in the process. It`s disgraceful. In my opinion DHL is like the KGB. I also spoke to one of the DHL staff today ( a courier who was coincidentally collecting from the high street stationery outlet Rymans, I used ). I felt I was treated like dirt in the process by the DHL courier. The customer care and manner of DHL is disgraceful. He said if you are an unknown customer then they will do this including opening `flat` envelopes and DHL will also cut open Xmas cards. He also said anyone including the Royal Mail staff who do cut open every letter every document that is posted are not doing their job. Anything travelling by air must be cut open. Indeed anything / everything must be cut open.
My serious recommendation is DO NOT USE DHL. Find another courier if you don't want DHL cutting up your packaging and reading your private documents. Goodness knows, in my opinion, if they've copied my private letters and using the illegally gathered information for some illegal purpose. I cannot trust DHL. I WILL NOT USE DHL AGAIN. NEVER.
