“Absolute worst shipping carrier. Anytime retailer has shipped purchased goods via DHL they have been lost. DHL has the worst customer service when packages are lost- no one to help and if you finally get a live voice after holding for an hour, they are rude. Wish you could request retailers not to ship through this horrible company.”

“The KYC Team is not understanding logically. They are rigid on their so cold policy. For each consignment need to upload the docs with different email id / mobile number which is bakwas system. When person dealing on behalf of organization then they have only one email address and mobile number. How DHL can expect difference email / mobile?”

The hotel lost and found had it but even when you select a date online you have to call and get a subsequent AME number from DHL. Okay. Great go through all that they still can get it picked up. Then when my package was finally delivered on 25Oct2024, it was delivered without a parcel information provided so I wasn’t able to pick it up. I called Costumer service and they escalated the issue,they were great which is why I gave one star.

“DHL is worst. Parcel can be 1.5 hrs away from the delivery location but it can go reprocess transport reprocess and transport and then will take 3 business days for the update. If I knew that the company I place the order was using them I should just order it from other company instead.”
“I have paid for 3-6 days international delivery £25 . It’s been 8 days parcel didn’t even leave England , no updates at all . They use Norsk as forwarding agent , I spoke with Norsk on the phone and they advised this would Never arrive in a week, it will be around 14 days slow delivery, they obv putting 3-6 days to get the clients and once you purchase label you basically done and no one cares .
Evri delivers around Europe for £10 and it’s fully tracked, I used this scam as was 3-6 days , which is 3 times longer they won’t give you exact time because nobody will use them , so now I will not get clothes I ordered for my holiday . It’s extremely frustrating. Parcel was dropped 8 days ago and for all 8 days didn’t even leave country of origin !!!! DO NOT USE THEM as regular post or evri are half cheaper and faster . I will open claim on PayPal to get £25 delivery charges back . This is scam and miss selling and misleading clients as they sell services they know very well they won’t be able to provide .”
“I am deeply saddened that a company like DHL doesn't reply to any of their reviews and the same problems keep on occurring. I was reading a review from Marta Jakubowska and a very similar thing has happened to me. I too fell for the 3-6 days international delivery at £25 which in actual fact is from customer collection to Norsk Global in 3-6 days, after that it's not their problem. I found this extremely unhelpful, it was like playing a detective game, looking for clues as to where the parcel is in the world. Looking over my emails, I saw 'your Norsk parcel is on the way'. Norsk? So I looked up the company and typed in the DHL tracking number, which revealed that the parcel was in transit. I also took a closer look at the delivery times which say 6-16 days!! So I thought okay, I will continue to track the parcel through Norsk, however the tracking stopped at 12 October. I didn't look at it for a while, however when I came to look at it yesterday, there were still no updates. I emailed Norsk who politely told me that they can't help me and that I need to contact the company I placed my order with. I couldn't find a number that didn't have an unhelpful automated queuing system on it. I then emailed DHL to help, they pretty much told me that I needed to call, and thankfully gave me a number to speak to a human, who gave me the international tracking number (totally different from the info I had) and said I needed to look up Global tracking. I did just that and I saw that the parcel has been with customs for 12 days? It also informed me that the parcel will be delivered to the Post Office from 24 October to 31 October? The Post Office? This was supposed to be a door to door service!! Another update today stating that it's now only going to be delivered to the Post Office by end November? I am utterly appalled by this service. I honestly should have read what other customers have experienced before I used this company! It is really sad to think that DHL cannot even guarantee the safety of delivery of parcels we send. We put our trust in this company purely because it has been going for years, but that doesn't mean because it has that it is a GOOD company, which IT IS NOT!!!! I wish there was a company out there that cared about it's customers and the parcels they handle.”

“Dear DHL, if you don't want to lose more customers please make sure you prepare them ahead of time for a bad experience. Tell them in advance that their packaged will take longer to be delivered even when they paid extra to make it faster. Also, that at any point the company will not know where you package is because it was given to a third-party delivery company due to their city being out of the are of service. And that the follow up might never come or will come days after their stuff was delivered. You guys really dropped the ball on this one.”

“I sent box with my clothes and bags through DHL because I was sure this company is safe . So in one of my bag I forgot my diamond earrings, it was in one little bag’s pocket . I forgot to take it out because I was really on rush on this moment. And people from DHL just stole it . Because the box was taped with different tape on top when my mom received the box, so we can understand that box was opened. Now they are telling that I never declared this earrings so they can refund me only 2,66€ 😆! For what I’m paying 5 times more than I can pay to simple post??!! For safety which DHL CAN’T offer!!! “I ordered an item from Amazon, after checking status, Amazon showed DHL tried to deliver my package 10-11-2023 at 6:30 PM EST said no one home.
This is a lie we were home all day and at that time we were out front on our porch with our neighbors - Waiting to watch the GEO lights in sky. No one ever came from DHL.
So, I went to their web site using tracking number - very little information other than tried to deliver “Again a lie”. There was no tentative reship date, tried calling no answer.”
