“The only reason I gave them a one star is there is no lower option. I had a parcel that I paid for arrive in Canada on May 15 to Quebec city and here on 27 June. I’m still told they’re waiting on customs. When you call you get disconnected and if you eventually get through to somebody that give you an alternative phone numberfor the for the customs broker and they don’t answer or return calls even if you subscribe to their callback service. Absolutely the worst customer service occur your company that I’ve ever experienced in my 60+ years.”

“Expected my parcel to be delivered today. Perfect, I told myself, as I was working from home and would never go anywhere. Was constantly attentive to my home phone (in case the delivery guy needed me to open the apartment entrance for him) and to my celphone (as this was the number I provided to the sender, which I assume would have been provided to DHL). Also kept checking the DHL app on my celphone for the latest update. Nothing so far until, to my dismay, I got the notification that “DHL attempted delivery but “no one was home.” What a lie!!!
As I will be in the office in the next 2 days, I opted to just pick up the parcel in a DHL location. Inconvenient especially when I have to take a bus to get there, but no choice. At least this is more reliable.
Reading the previous reviews, I realized I was not the only one who had an unpleasant experience of non-delivery of parcel when the recipient was very much home. No wonder DHL has a poor review! I wish I had done my research and saved myself the trouble.”
“I would give them a zero if I could. Reading all the reviews I don't see how they are still in business. I have a package coming from the USA and wanted a status update but their website couldn't tell me much so I decided to call them, worst mistake I ever made. After sitting on hold for a while I decided to use their call back option. 2 hours later and still no call back so called them again, sat on hold for an hour. When I finally talked to someone and told them their call back system is not working the person I was talking to told me that it was actually him that tries to call me back but the call would not go through. I know this is a lie because I have call waiting and was talking to others my phone. He still was not able to update me. His reply was you can always contact the shipper and get them to look into it and then hung up on me.. Will never recommend them.”
“They taking extremely long with my package I got little to no updates it's in one status from Friday now it's Monday and still now update they promise less then 7 day and now when I contact them they saying it would be a next 10 day this rubbish”
“You pay for tracking, then they don’t update the status. After two weeks of limbo, I emailed them. They still haven’t replied. But I did get a status change. It says that even though I have already paid for shipping and handling, now that they have the package, they want to charge more, so wait for an email with the new price they are charging. After a week I still haven’t got the email. DHL is very unprofessional.”
“DHL Philippines is manned by inefficient and unreliable personnel, as they can't even handle the pick-up/pre-clearance/delivery of a simple package as a lost, and then recovered used wallet containing personal credentials and opting to hold on and delay as much as possible its release. Denmark to the Philippines in 2 days, arrival until delivery, 6 days and counting, without anyone in charge knowing exactly what is happening and how it'll be resolved. Very unimpressed!”
“I would give zero stars if possible. They delivered my package to the wrong address and now refuse to tell me where. I have no hope of receiving my package now although they say they are researching what went wrong. They should be ashamed of their service👎”
“The delivery driver was 40 minutes late to the allotted time window they informed me it would arrive. I was using the restroom for 30 seconds and in that time the driver came up to the door and ran away and did not deliver my package”
“First & last time I will be using DHL! I had 4 package’s being delivered by this company first package got delivered to the wrong address. When I was finally able to reach a human customer service they were able to provide me where my package was at & thank god by neighbors we’re kind and returned my package. I had to change all packages to be delivered to a service point so I wouldn’t have to go thru this again. 3rd package was scheduled to be delivered by a certain day and didn’t receive it until the day after & I supposably had paid for the faster shipping. 4th package was showing the my package had been out for delivery for over 24hours when I called and the automated machine was saying that my package was indeed delivered. When I called customer service the person was telling me that my package was not delivered yet and I just had to wait. I ended up showing up to the service point where my package was suppose to get delivered and my package was there!!!!!!!”
“I have to use DHL service since from shipping country does not have other service. DHL service is extremely terrible service that I have ever seen. I have a small business and so afraid and much much worry when expect package from DHL. I wish DHL service would be banned so other service can be take place. One more thing DHL service rep does not speak English well. It’s so hard to understand them.”

“Although the Google says DHL carries the Infian Passport internationally but while I enquired with the DHL Staff in Vadodara, they said that Passport cannot be sent outside India. Would request to update this information on their website so that people are not mis-lead.

“I was one stop away from my parcel being delivered at 13:00 when it disappeared from the tracking service and this was after yesterday when they also failed to deliver my parcel when I was only 4 stops away. Both my dad and I were in the house all day and yet at about 14:00 the delivery had supposedly been attempted at 12:00. Either they are lying or the delivery driver has the ability to bend space and time and try and deliver my parcel before they were even at my house. Never using again :)”
“As usual my parcel was not delivered on the day DHL said it would be. Many times they have said nobody was at home, when that was not the case. In my opinion DHL delivery service is terrible and would recommend people not to use this unprofessional company.”
