What a terrible company. They do not care about their customers, only profit margins. Policy of no refunds is immoral under the current circumstances. Please do not trust you or your families hard earned cash with them. Daylight robbery.

Awful customer service, they don’t care about loyal customers (13 years!!). No refund on the holiday they cancelled just a date transfer; I explained I can’t go on any other date due to commitments (including Hoseasons holidays!!) and now I’ve lost over £600. There a terrible company, it’s a shame a worldwide disaster has to show their true colours. Avoid. Oh 3 hour wait to speak to them too.

I booked a holiday on the 20th of March to stay in a lodge on the 23rd of March on the 22nd I found out the site was closed no contact on hoseason just a courtesy call of the holiday lodges confirming it was closed after numerous calls trying to get through and nearly an hour on hold I was informed I can't have a refund and need to book at a later date the prices are double I paid so I won't be booking again, absolute disgrace of a company taking money then 2 days later cancelling but refusing to refund me. I give them zero stars I hope the company goes bust through this.

What sort of people are running Hoseasons they must be the most devious ,thieving, hard nosed individuals ..but most of all they must be absolute idiots if they think that by refusing to refund their customers and inflating future bookings is good for the future of the company ... unless they know they will go bust and want to go down with our money in their bank accounts .. Ex customer

After receiving a cancellation from Hoseasons I eventually was able to speak to someone who insisted it was company policy that no refunds would be provided. In the current climate like many they are obviously trying to retain cash but, Hoseasons, this is not the way to do it. If your company does make it through the crisis you will lose a great deal of customers and I like many that have losted will make sure all are aware on social media. Do not only do the right thing but also the legal thing and refund those who have lost.

The way they’ve treated their customers during the COVID19 pandemic is disgusting! When all this is over customers won’t forget how you have handled this. Will never book with them again.

Boycott Hoseasons. Cashing in on young families and leaving them with nothing during the devastation of the Covid-19 outbreak...Scum Bags, going direct next time. Refund us now, do the right thing.

Exactly the same as most people on here. They will not refund the holiday I booked that they cancelled due to the Covid 19 situ. The money is my elderly parents and they do want to go next year. I know this is unprecedented situ. But come on Hoseasons you can not keep people's money. Like many others it has left a bitter taste and I will never book with them again.

Hoseasons are refusing to refund my holiday despite it being cancelled by them due to the Coronavirus. They don’t answer the phone or social media messages. I don’t want to rebook at an inflated premium , I want my money back. Shame on you Hoseasons for trying to make money out of this terrible situation.

Well thank you very much, you cancelled my holiday and now told me that I need to re-book but have almost doubled the price for any other booking. Or you will lovingly charge me for cancelling even though I paid for the cancellation insurance. This is disgrace, if this doesn’t get resolved I am never using this group of companies again!

COVID-19 We had a week booked from 30th March, we only booked a couple of month ago so didn’t take out the insurance as we were 100% going as it was for my 40th birthday - BIG MISTAKE!! The park closed due to the COVId-19 so understandably our booking was cancelled. I called up to see about getting a refund as I was unable to book again within the 12 month period they were offering to change the date within. The only weeks I previously had spare were One in June And one in July but as I am an NHS worker I have had to cancel that leave and I am unsure when I will be able to take it as nobody knows when all of this will be over. And because I have 3 children I am limited to term time only. I explained all of this to the advisor and also explained that my partner is self employed and now out of work so we could really do with the refund to help us with bills etc, the answer was NO and as I was unable to book again within 12 months I would lose the money completely. This company don’t care about their customers or what people are going through right now. They are just wanting keep their pockets lines!! I would also like to add that when booking this log cabin I also looked at the second week in July which was around £749 for Mon-Fri depending on the log cabin, before the park got completely closed down I looked at other dates as they were offering the chance to change, I was absolutely gobsmacked to see they had bumped that price up to £1700 for that second week in July as they knew people would be wanting to change their dates but would have to foot the difference!! This is absolutely disgusting behaviour given what is going on right now especially with the amount of people that are out our work. And I am sorry but £1700 for 4 nights in a log cabin with minimal outdoor/indoor activities facilities is daylight robbery! You wouldn’t even pay that for the top lodge at Centre Parcs Which has a pool, multiple indoor and outdoor activities, lots of restaurants and even a SPA! I think that it is absolutely disgusting that this company are refusing refunds and I will be making sure I let everyone know about this and to boycott that place. Very disappointed.

Had a stay booked for mid April which was cancelled, and understandably so. However they have refused to give a refund and stated that they will only accept a rebooking. This has made life more difficult as 3 of our party are emergency services (NHS and Police) which means we can not simply rebook our leave!!! So now we either cancel and lose all our money or some of us can't go and lose our money. Disgusting excuse for a company who are going out of their way to profit from the coronavirus crisis!!!! Any decent human would boycott these greedy, profiteering plutocrats!!!!!!

I was due to go away for a weekend in family group booking in 1 lodge. I had to do the checking on the run up and no communication from hoeseasons, until they cancelled the booking via email. I had a call from the park directly to appologise and informed I would hear from hoeseasons which I have not! Until I managed to speak with someone this afternoon after being on hold for a very lengthy time, on several calls to them. I have asked them to contact me back and I wanted to be copied into emails however also not done. I am also requesting a large amount of money to be returned and to be divided able to give back to others. Under the current climate of restrictions in the uk and how this has affected everyone hoeseasons as a company are not showing any remorse in there action to hold customers hard earned money in a time when this is needed in customers account and not a holding account. I would be interested in what trading standards would suggest to the customers?

Booked at 2 day trip but was cancelled by hoseasons I had to call them and they didn’t offer a refund only rebook for more money but no dates available till next year. The woman on the phone was very rude and didn’t care that I would lose my money, hopefully trading standards shut them down!!!
