As everyone else here has stated, absolutely disgusting company. No refund and worse than disgusting and incompetent customer services, when eventually got through after days of trying. Did not even contact us prior to the time we were due to arrive at our accommodation! We are now taking this further. Will never ever use them again!

Paid £900 plus for a short break away over Easter. Hoseasons refused to refund and said they will transfer money towards another holiday. I told them that I had a contract for a service which they were not giving and therefore, I am entitled to a full refund. Contacted my credit card company for a refund as they share joint liability. Credit card company require name of person I spoke to on phone and reference number. What they are doing does not comply with consumer rights and therefore, I am entitled to a full refund. DO NOT re-book with this company as there is a strong possibility that they will enter into administration in the near future and you will loose your money.

Was due to travel today but no one from the company got in touch in the 7 days before, as they stated they would do. After waiting approx 1hr 15 mins to speak to someone on Saturday, I was offered a rescheduled date or a credit note valid for 12 months. After 12 months, I was told I would lose the money.🤬🤬 Even when I explained that wife was NHS nurse and not in a position to book leave (due to current circs) and that next years leave would not be authorized until later in the year, this made no difference. Supposed to have a callback from supervisor - I'll be surprised if that happens. They are very clearly breaking ABTA's code of conduct. I have checked and downloaded the documents. Section 3B(ii) states If the operator cancels, they offer an alternative OR A FULL REFUND. They cannot delay the refund or offer anything else in lieu, such a credit note.

During this already stressful time Hoseasons seems adamant on adding to that stress by failing to refund the total paid for accommodation booked in March. They are failing to recognise that they cancelled the booking. I really hope this company struggles to get back up and running - they simply do not deserve the custom.

Poor service, I wanted a refund and they would not entertain the idea. Had to get my bank involved with the Chargeback Scheme Come on Hoseasons, do the right thing. If you don't, I will not be booking my holidays with you again. Shame on you

Managed to contact them by email to rearrange my holiday for March 23rd 2020. I put in the email when I wanted it to be changed to. They responded saying I needed to ring them when I had decided on a date, despite the alternative date being in the email. I have been ringing every day since and just keep getting the engaged tone. I understand they are very busy, so why not respond to email correspondence?

Very poor service to not offer refunds. Especially when the holiday parks are refunding everyone who booked directly with them.

Absolutely shambolic. Need to take a long hard look in the mirror at this company. Greed is what springs to mine. I suggest full refund to my mate or gaffs getting burnt up.

Absolute farce of a company! Sheer audacity to not go a full refund to a good friend of mine in these current times! The company from top to bottom is corrupt and needs closing down! Daylight robbery! #UTP

received a email saying my holiday was cancelled on 19th March saying hoeseasons would be in touch. I have been waiting on them contacting me regarding the cancelled holiday. As I was due to arrive 30th March i find it ridiculous that you have still not been back in touch with me. website states you are concentrating on the bookings a week in advance. I understand this is difficult circumstances however 11days have past and still no Reply to emails or contact. Still awaiting to hear and receive full refund. Avoid this company

This is absolutely ridiculous in these unprecedented times that this company can do this . You can however claim money back through your bank as you have not received the goods you paid for .

Just had a refund of hoseasons we paid…been ripped off Just had a refund of hoseasons we paid £158 for a short break in Cornwall could no go because site was closed due to corona virus they gave us £88 refund and they kept £79 for there fees that was good of them due to the circumstances WHAT A RIP off should no be allowed will never use them again the wort pat they talked me into tacking insurance out what good was that discussed to top it all we are both disabled please do not book with hoseasons hoildays or any of there companies you will be ripped off sham on you hoseasons

Echoing the many disgruntled customers who are been subjected to Hoseasons' poor approach to customer service. Being refused a refund, told account will be credited and that I'll have 12 months to book another trip, of which is simply not possible for me. Imagine Covid19 hasn't happened - I wonder what their position would have been if I were to call them and say: 'I am cancelling my trip that's due to take place in one week but you can't keep my money, instead I demand to be allowed to book another one at another date in the next 12 months". Clearly they would say no and quite rightly so. Offer refunds like the many other leading holiday operators, of which I will be using from hereon.

We booked to stay at Sandymouth Bay on 30th March and received an email the week before saying our holiday was cancelled and that they will be in touch. Their website specifically stated that we could rebook any other holiday within the next 12 months if we were unable to find suitable dates, and offset the price of our original holiday. So we booked somewhere different for Christmas at a much larger expense, expecting the price of our original booking to be deducted, yet now Hoseasons have changed their stance and saying it must be at the same resort and are refusing to deduct the cost of our original holiday!!?? My husband cannot get through over the phone and is receiving no follow ups on his emails!!! We have been loyal customers for years, booking at least two breaks every year. Never will we book with Hoseasons again, and we will be claiming a full refund off our credit card. Well done Hoseasons, another loyal customer lost!

Withholding peoples money due to the Coronavirus and when you ask for a refund they won't give it. They make an offer for you to rebook but at an higher price and want the price difference paid immediately. Book with Centre Parcs, they offer a full refund if you don't want to rebook now.

They won’t answer the phone, they won’t respond to emails and they won’t give a refund. Hoseasons are a disgrace. When this is all over please remember how they have treated people during this time.

Absolutely shocking- Hoseasons you are a disgrace! I waited 50 minutes to then speak to an abrupt ( putting it mildly) female who told me I will not be reimbursed & the majority of people have accepted another date- would appear untrue glancing at other reviews! We will obviously be taking the matter further via our card company as surely under eu law we have the right to full compensation. Used this company many times in the past... never again...
